I think I read to only leave it on for an hour. How long should I leave it off before I can put it on again?

I would take it off every hour or so get yourself back to a good pump and put it back on. You want to get as much time in as you can in the healing state. The longer you remain expanded the faster that girth will cement itself.
 
DLD, I'm going to start the pumping part of SRT at the end of next week. I never got anything out of pumping but now I'm wondering if I'm doing it wrong because everyone's girth seems to get bigger during pumping. I use a Bathmate X30 and usually only get 60 percent erect. I never know how many times to pump, so I pump the water out until I feel good pressure. One time I must have done too many because I got a bruise.

Since you’re using the 5×5×3 routine in SRT I would not worry too much about too much vacuum as you’re only going to be under pressure for five minutes. After that five minutes you’re going to do SlowSuashJelq which will disperse any fluid retention that may have built up. If you feel as though this is too extreme and then go to a 2x2x3 routine. I also suggest that you enter the tube 100% he erect and settle into the 90% area.

There’s no real time that’s set you could determine that by the way your body feels. I usually like to get my length work done first and then do my girth work at night but it’s completely up to you.
 
I see some people talking about Kegel during pumping, but I don't kegels mentioned in the pumping section of SRT. Should I be adding them.

In general during girth exercise you want to Kegel blood into your penis and when stretching use the Reverse Kegel. This infirmation is in the linked DLD Blasters thread if you want to read.
 
My SRT kit came in today! Very impressed with everything that was included!!! I cannot wait to start following this program. I'd be interested in being one of the test subjects for the new program. My technique (one handed) could probably use some critiques, but I promise my heart will be in the program regardless if I am selected.

The LM bundled stretches provide an INTENSE lig stretch! After week 1-2 of the program (that I found posted) is that when you’d recommend diving into the hanging pyramids? I feel that I’m ready to progress into the more advanced workouts since I’ve been following the basic stretching routine and been completing the basic jelq routine and 5x5x3 pumping routine eod since 4/14/19.

You are definitely ready and it is the premier length routine! If you have even more time check out the triangle pyramid hanging both are in the SRT thread and both kick ass
 
Yes, I plan to do the triangle pyramid hanging later today. I'm struggling with the silistretcher. (I hung with the LM last night). I was able to get the cap on, but the standard sleeve did not unroll past the cap onto my shaft. I thought this was what caused the slipping when I applied force. I switched to a longer sleeve, but the longer sleeves are very challenging for me to roll and apply (have not been successful at donning over myself or in conjunction with silistretcher yet)...

I'm used to these obstacles and will keep trying and problem-solving.

The reverse pyramids are intense too! I hung with 1 1/4, then 2.5 for 30 min each. I Tried to hang one of my weights from the gym from the hanger that came with the sillstretcher but the hole was too big and I needed a rest at that point anyway. I could tell people were getting home so I needed to quit anyway.

I think I am going to try the long 1 inch sleeve to see if I can get the sillli stretcher to work for me. The standard 5.5 inch has too much tention for me to roll on one handed (even if I place on my penis 1st and then try to attach to the bell). I'm trying to keep my hook away from these sleeves completely as to not strain them unnecessarily.
 
Yes the reverse pyramids are very powerful and will cause great fatigue and bring incredible length games. But if you have the time and are willing to go hard-core I would go with the pyramid triangles as they ride the fatigue going up and down the scale. I’m also happy that you take your time to understand things and learn them, that’s with PE is about.

I searched the site, but I can't find any information on the pyramid triangles. Can you point me in the right direction?
 
 

There you go my friend. These take twice as long as the original Reverse Pyramids but there twice the workout.
 
I've been doing SRT for awhile and gotten decent gains, however, I've stalled out a 7.25 for about a month. With that said, my BPFSL and BPEL used to be the same, now my BPFSL is 7.75. Does that mean anything
 
I have been following the srt program as closely as I can. I have a few questions:
1: what are the settings on the SiliStretcher?
2: what is meant by max pressure with mity vac (when completing 5x5x3)?

DLD: i have gotten much more confident in my SSJ form. I’ve already gotten comments that I look THICKER and I’ve started to notice more veins surfacing.
 
In following SRT you’ll want to wear your SiliStretcher at its highest intensity For making gains and you’ll want to wear it at a minimal intensity to heal. Obviously much more time is dedicated to healing then gaining.

When I say max pressure for the 5×5×3 I mean pumping yourself to the point that you can pump no further. Do you want to keep this up for five minutes and then right afterwards go into the SSJ. I’m so happy to hear that you’re seeing the effects of the SlowSquashJelq how powerful it is. I hope more men see this post and follow your directive.
