SRT Passive to Active: The fastest possible way to make length gains SRT approved ???

Ever since I got my SiliStretcher I have been creating routines and different methods of using the difference components. I think that I have created a new way to go after length gains that will be so much faster when you think about this logically.

The best time to make length gains is when you are in a state of fatigue or the refractory period after an orgasm. Everyone knows that the best time to stretch your penis is when you’re in this state. So as I was going through SRT the other night and I was writing the new SiliStretcher Reverse Pyramid Stretching this concept has been obsessively stuck with me.

I’ve come to the conclusion and I’m sure anyone who tests this will agree that we need to go from light stretching too heavy stretching so we’re always increasing weight and fatigue equally. If were able to increase weight as fatigue increases length will come so much faster than if we did it the other way around.

The SiliStretcher can be used in many ways to do exactly what I’m saying here. But the same logic applies to the LengthMaster, the SizeDoctor, any stretching device or any manual stretching. We were thinking of things the wrong way! We should start out light and and increase weight as fatigue increases. There is no way your pelvic floor muscles can possibly resist this methodology.

I truly hope every brother will test this theory so we can create law. DLD blasters should’ve told me this but I never looked at it in the right way. It took the SiliStretcher for me to find this.

I pray it changes every brothers routine and you make length gains so much faster. ❤

This is a very interesting concept, but don’t I have to be conditioned first with vaccuum hanging to do these pyramid sets?

Right now i’m inducing fatigue with the hanger on 20 pounds, a few sets to hit my tunica really hard, after that I strap on the SiliStretcher for comfortable hanging for the rest of the day, and when I go to bed, I put on my long 145 SiliSleeve
 
No conditioning necessary because you’re starting at such a low weight that it will condition you as the routine progresses. This method will become the new way to stretch, believe me.

But do I have to re-wrap after every set? Or can I just switch up weights and continue to hang my next set ?

i’ll try the beginner’s routine tomorrow, so no heavy hanging needed prior to this pyramid training ?

I could do 1 set 19 pounds heavy hanging with the hanger before doing this, I am afraid that I will toughen up the tunica too much because I have to start over again at low weights.


EDIT: can I please hang more than 3 set? I think 1,5 hours per day is very little hanging time!

I want to double or triple that hanging time, can I make my own pyramid hanging routine? Like doing 6 sets and adjusting the weights to not go overboard and crazy ?
 
You can go all day if you want. I’ve always told brothers there’s no limit on how much you can stretch the penis, there’s really nothing bad can happen when stretching as long as you’re taking all the precautions necessary. So do this all day long if you want and you’ll gain length like a motherfucker!

No need to unwrap and everything, just change to the heavier weight. If you start seeing retention you may want to re-wrap at that point but it is not necessary. You can start out with any weight you desire and work your way up from there. There’s no reason to condition yourself for this as the conditioning is happening by way of the routine. I promise you if you follow this methodology you’ll be proving my theory to so many people.??

Mike, do you need to take any breaks between sets? Or just one increased weight set after the other with no breaks in between?

I don’t some people do you know your body better than I do. I suggest in the beginning taking maybe a one minute break to do some light massage to get some good blood flow but other than that I wouldn’t worry much. See how long you can go without a break and that will be the point that you will need to break.

A few days ago, I took out a Chinese knock off of a vacuum hanger I bought a year or so ago. I was leary about using it as I've had blisters with vacuum hangers before (I've had a few different hangers and my share of blisters). I've never wrapped before, so being very cautious, I wrapped my glans up with tape before putting on the sleeve. Did one set at 5 lbs for 30 minutes. Then I unwrapped, massaged for a few minutes, applied some heat, then re-wrapped and hung again for 30 minutes, this time with 7.5 lbs. Again, I took off the hanger, unwrapped, massaged and applied heat. Then after re-wrapping again, I went up to 10 pounds but only for about 15 minutes as I felt a bit of discomfort in the glans. Took off the hanger, unwrapped, and found a nice blister about the size of a pencil eraser. Damn! That puts me out of commission for a good week or so. But the point I want to make is, what would have happened if I had not unwrapped? Probably would have had a huge blister, and maybe more than one. So, for me, I think it's best to unwrap and check on things to be safe.

Having said that, I have a silistretcher on order and should be shipped on Monday. Will the silistretcher prevent blistering? I don't know how, as the mechanism (vaccuum) is the same. But maybe with the silipad and silicap, that might make the difference. I hope so, because blistering can really throw a wrench into making progress when you have to stop all PE while it heals. Just my 2 cents.

Get the Silicap2 and DuroSleeves I will be testing them out in a few weeks. My blister spot on my glans is almost healed.
 
Blisters happen for 3 reasons. The most common are both related to skin conditioning of glans or lamina propria.
1. Too much weight for what you are conditioned too. Vacuum hanging, especially at first requires a slow ramp up in weight. Start low and go slow. 3 lbs for 20 min sets. Increase time before weights.
2. Too much time with a weight than you are conditioned for. Hanging 10 lbs for 20 min may be okay but then don't jump that up to an hour if you're not ready for it. I usually limit my sets to 60 min but others have hung for 2 hours. The longer sets is where vacuum hangers shine and is really what penile tissue will elongate more with.
3. Improper wrapping/taping methods. There are many different ways and each user will need to find what works best. The silicap/toe cap will simplify things, taping may still be necessary at higher weights.

I think better instructions need to be placed with the silistretcher as I see this with many new users that don't understand what they're doing then wind up with blisters.

Yes, the reason I tried this was based on the thread that presented the pyramid or reverse hanging routine. I think DLD said no conditioning was necessary with this routine as the conditioning took place as you progressed up in weight. So I started low at 5 lbs and worked up to 10 over the course of 3 sets. This might be a bit much, but I'm not a beginner, and have used vacuum hangers since I bought "The Grip" back in the 90's. Still, I think you're right that a certain amount of 'conditioning' is necessary despite having used vacuum hangers for a long time. This is due to the fact that if you take time away from using them, your glans can become de-conditioned, and so the process of conditioning must begin all over again. This is my take on it and I will learn from it. As for wrapping, I'm still experimenting in that area. I've never had to use one with the PF, but then the vacuum and stretch is much less than is available with the silistretcher and other vacuum hangers. When my silistretcher arrives, I will give due caution.
 
How long have you used vacuum hangers recently? I've had 2 blisters in my life and the first one was making the same mistake. The other one happened right after because I didn't give the first one long enough to heal.

I got two blisterd because I put too much weight on it for too long. I’m gonna start out with 1 Lbs now and slowly increase the amount of weight.

I’m going to condition my glans for long hours of reverse pyramid hanging. First at a low weight of 1 Lbs for like 10 hours, or as much hours as possible.

The problem is during weekdays I don’t have that much time because of work and training, maybe 1- 2 hours in the evening but then if you go for 10+ hours on saturdays and sundays you might get into trouble.

If one could space those hours out evenly over 7 days it would be a much more productive stretch.

That’s why i’m building an online business so I can achieve financial freedom and working from home. I can hang all day long then 24/7.

I agree. We can replace the word: weight, with stretching force for it to fit manual bundled stretches with the LENGTHMASTER 3.

This is my discovery as well. If you keep stretching through the fatigue (+ soreness in inner penis, and ligaments) you will gain faster.

In the state of fatigue the penis gives no restrictions on how hard we can stretch
