If your already really pumped and had a great workout and still pumped at night, then just rest it then, no reason to overtrain. Pe is not about doing as much as possible in the shortest amount of time. Its about a slow and gradual process over several years.

Well...I ended up doing another workout. It went well. I think I'll keep doing it this way and see if my gains endure. I think of it like I'm "reminding" my dick that it has to be this size now. Yeah, just wanted to check in and think out loud.

This split session thing is really workin out this week. I do a little before work, then a little more after work.

I don't have to be at work till the afternoon, so I got all morning to do this even though it only takes about 45 minutes. I do a full hot wrap warm up and about a half hour of different stretches.

I do 2 or mostly 3 sets of 15 minutes fully clamped. During each set I do minute long hold Horse Squeezes, and in between those I do a bunch of 30 second bends (1 for each direction). Then when I'm done, I just get dressed and go to work.

I've been doing Penis Enlargement for almost 3 years now. My first 9 months were wasted using the PowerJelq device. I gained a half inch in length and no girth during this time.
