Hey what do you guys think of a split routine? I'm wondering how it worked out for other people. I'm thinking about stretching one day and holds and a few jelqs the other. And just alternating. I would have to do it everyday but it wouldn't take as much time out of my day. What do you think?

I hang twice a day sometimes three! As wel as edge and jelq.

My workouts have been organized into split routines since I wrote my first custom routine. I think that splitting a routine into 2 parts, being length and girth, allows me to dedicate full and absolute concentration to each. This is very important especially if you use visualization as part of your routine. I find length concentration to be extremely different than girth.

I actually have to do the edging separate from my exercises,unless I do it before. Once I have done all my stretching and everything I need to let it rest.

Hi Jason1,

On days I’m short on time I do my stretch exercises in the morning and jelqing in the evening. I have to do the warming-up twice but that’s not a big problem. My length gain after 6 months is 2 inch so it’s working I think

Hey Supra,

If I do a split workout the morning session only has stretch exercises such as: the A-stretch , Long-Shlong, Downward Stretch , Under leg Stretch and some extreme stretching .

The late evening session mostly has the girth exercises such as: a normal Jelq, Hors 440 and some Intense Jelq at high erection level.
The total workout time is about 45-50 minutes excluding the warming-up time.

Once again, congrats on the astounding gains! :bottumsup

I have a question, too: wouldn't the split routine be better the other way around (girth in the morning and length in the evening)?? Or is it a matter of not having enough time in the morning to do the girth part? Just curious, because I find it immensely easier to do the girth workout with a high level of intensity early in the morning, when my testosterone levels are at their highest...
