While hanging the usual 15lbs in the AFB device, in the usual lay on the bed position with the weight hanging off the edge routine, I've started useing another method alongside that.
Its in effect, ''V'' stretch but while hanging .
I dont think this is anything new, but I'm tellin ya all here cos some may not know and its my progress in away.
All I do is, get a rolling pin and aline it over my penis at the top, near to the base as I can.
Than I press my legs down on this and relax, doing this presse's the pin down onto the penis like te hand in a ''V'' stretch , the weight is like the other hand pulling out.
I can FEEL the stretch , its one hell of a Lig stretch and doing Blasters [Reverse Kegels] you can feel it TREMENDOUSLY and you have to be careful not to do them too hard.
Anyways, I do these ''V'' hangs for the entire session, which is usually 25-30 mins.
I habe no problems afterwards either, like discolouration or numbness.

I'd like to hear others views on this method, cos I feel it will work well.
For me this fealt as intense as BTC hanging , and even more so when I did blasters along with it.

Let me get this straight...you have been fulcrum hanging 15 pounds for 25-30 minutes per set?

Red, that sounds like a good idea man. Once I make myself a hanger , I'll be sure to check that out!

Simple, do a ''V'' stretch but WHILE hanging , use the/a rolling pin as the hand that would do the ''V'' pressing action.

I have been inconsistant recently cos of buisy work, which is a bitch but I'm pretty sure that at times my erection length , especially in the morning ''woody'' seems abit longer, and yeah when I stretched it out the BPFSL looked larger, but I have no stats as I dont measure.
Could you even give it a try?? two heads better than one and all.

I'm really confused by this...You basically lay on a bed and hang straight down and use a stick as a fulcrum? How can you do that when you hang straight down? I can see it being done hanging straight out, but not straight down. Please explain.

Thats what Im saying dude. I understand how you could do that while hanging straight out, but straight down is another story. If you used a fulcrum SD , your dick would be like a > or < instead of a V.
