Hey guys, I just wanted to write an update for my current SG methods for wrapping and discreet wear.

I hear a lot of people talking about pain the SG lately. I wanted to share the most recent method I am using to wear the device that is the least amount of pain I have found yet.

First and foremost, if you haven't done the velcro mod... do it. Not only will it be more comfortable, but it is far more discreet as far as wear compared to the noose or strap.

I have started using a small silicone sleeve as the base for my wrap. I bought it from AB Silicone (thought it took a few weeks to get it), and it only costs about $5. I take this silicone sleeve, fold it in have an place it directly under the head of my penis like a ring. Then I slowly lift the ring and pull my excess skin down below it on all for sides of the penis (this will ensure no pinching). I then place the base of the SG on my penis while it is disconnected from the other end at the middle bar right above the tension springs. I then strap into the other half of the device while still disassembled and ensure a good fit. I strap the velcro directly around the silicone sleeve, it will not require as much pressure because of the tackiness of the silicone which sticks to the penis as well as the velcro. I then connect the two pieces of the SG together by pulling myself to tension manually, and decompressing the springs one at a time and connecting them together and the screwing them in. Bring your device to comfortable tension (remembering that the objective is to wear it for a long time, not at high tension). Using this method I am getting 3-4 hour sessions without breaks or circulation issues, the only reason for me to unstrap is to use the restroom.

Also, for discretion with this method I wear the device in the complete upright position. You can see that in this picture you cannot tell the device is on at all, even with a t-shirt (had I been wearing one it still is not very noticeable). In my opinion if you are longer then 6" stretched, wearing the device downward is going to show badly through your pants.

I hope this helps some guys out. Try the silicone sleeve and see if it works for you, if not the memory foam and a self-adhesive ace bandage around the outside of it is another great approach.

Have you tried stretching with this method at max tension and see if you can go for 1hour?

I wouldn't ever go for max tension, in my opinion that doesn't help achieve growth... just pain.
 
But do you think I can gain 1 inch in length in 3 month if I stretch at medium tension for many hours let's say 6 hours daily? Will I be able to gain 1 inch in length in 3 months? Considering the fact that it took you 4months to gain 1 inch.

Wearing it at high tension, I guarantee you won't get enough hours. You would be better off wearing at low-tension 24 hours a day, then high tension for 2.

It is accumulated stress over time, not trauma that you want to occur. This is what causes the micro-tears (much like working out) and then cell division, and healing with more overall mass. If you could go to the gym, and you could bench press 300lbs 1 time, but once you did it your shoulders hurt so bad you couldn't continue... would that make more sense then coming in and bench pressing 180lbs 20 times? What do you think would cause more muscle or cell growth? It's the same principle applied to here bro. If you can only wear it 1-hour a day at 2000 grams of tension, that is only 2000 accumulated gram/hours of tension. However, if you wear it for 4 hours at 900 grams of tension, that is 3600 accumulated gram/hours of tension. This is what you want, not accumulate by high-tension but accumulate by time. It is time in the device that causes the cell division, higher tension will stretch you further but that does not always mean more cell division, but it could mean injury... and that will definitely keep you from getting to that 1-inch goal.

Add bathmate + healing in a lengthened position and I would venture to bet you can get to 1-inch in 3 months, I was pretty dang close myself. Take the lessons from some of us and I bet you can hit that goal bro!
 
Well I will try it out and see what I can do. But I'm not using Bathmate for now.

I only use max tension and it has worked very well for me. I wear it at max for 4 straight hours no problem

Well, I don't have 6hours to wear the sg not to talk of 24hours . I will stick to 30mins X 8 which is 4 hours sg session and length master 30mins X 2 which is 1 hour length master session. I want to gain 1 inch in 3months with this routine. I used to give up on the sg in the past because Marijuana makes me lazy. But now that I don't smoke anymore, I believe I can focus properly and use the sg. I've also bought some novels which I intend reading whenever I am wearing the sg. Let's see how it goes. With my setup, I add an extension bar every month.

Hahaha, it is extended pretty dang far right now... I only have the tiny little 1/2" bars left.

LOL, oh that'll be the day. Not sure I will ever get to 10", I just want to get to 6.5" girth now, that's the current objective (well 6" first, then 6.5" ultimately).
 
8.5 is amazing n if you get to 9 nbpel youd be one of the most amazing gainers..

9 nbpel is too much. For me, 9 bp is best.

I am only .2 away from 9" BPEL... almost there already. I also just added another 1/2" rod to the SG so I will probably have some more growth coming.

What a massively incredible feeling! I remember this in my PE and 9" was a huge milestone for me. I can't wait for you to get there my Brother.
