Ive been Penis Enlargementing for about like 5 months now on and off, but i know want to become serious involved because of the great inspiration I have gotten from this awsome site. What does the newbie routine do for me? The wet and dry jelqs , are they for length or girth?

I have been doing the newbie routine for a little while now, but Id like to move on to the more powerful excercises now, could I do that?

Id also like some advice on the best excersises that the experienced Penis Enlargement'rs have used for legnth and girth. I would really really appreciate a if a could get a couple responses to my question from people like stillwantmore,DLD, or redzula. Since I hear these guys have invented all these techniques.

well, im not no stillwantmore, dld or redzula but i can tell u some great excercises

the jelqing is for mainly girth, but length and girth work together

the best girth workout in my opinion are the supra slammers
even better, the mini supra slammers

id say that the newbie routine is like the basic workout,matinence,general penis health way to go . i do the basics all the time do the routine and make some gains then incorperate the more advanced excersizes into it as you feel like more length or girth

Your best place to start is with the NEWBIE ROUTINE and I suggest sticking with this routine for as long as you are gaining. The basic, foundation exercises of Penis Enlargement are tried and true and the perfect place to gain experience and learn more about your penile limits. The JELQ is an all around Penis Enlargement exercise. It addresses LENGTH and GIRTH but it also gives you increased blood flow to the penis resulting in harder, larger erections. BASIC STRETCHING is strictly a length routine and the reason you want to include this in your workouts is the JELQ on its own will only produce minimal length gains.

ok thanks dld, but i have a question when perfroming the jelqs wet or dry, While I use my right hand to make the ok sign and a slide it up my shaft to expand the head, I use my left hand to hold the head outwords, so that my hand making the ok sign will not scrunch up my penis when i reach the top of my jelq . If I do this while jelqing will I still make gains?, . Picure me stretching my dick out to the front without using power, Just lightly pulling it out so My right hand will not scrunch up my dick, While doing this I Jelq .I mean I still see my penis expanding and I do sometimes get those red dots. DLD could you please halp me out with this one.

I also have another question about the jelqs , do the wet and dry jelqs gain girth? could I just do the wet jelqs instead of both if they do the exact same thing?

You are jelqing while fully erect, right?

As for your other question, I believe dry jelqs to be better for girth and wet should be used for after you do a nice girth session and you want to even out the pump you've gotten. Probably could make a more even shaft if you want, or you could concentrate on problem areas (IE: a curve you have to the left) by jelqing against the curve.
