I've seen this issue come up in the past and in a post elsewhere here recently. I wanted to share something with the rest of you that may help some or all of you with this challenge. I used to kegel my ass off and still when I would cum, would have no real distance. Sure, maybe the first stream or two would come out with a little bit of urgency but, the rest always just "ran out" on its own. I dont think for most guys that simply doing kegels OR, increasing the number of kegels you do will solve this issue. Something I discovered on my own that fixed this for me and gave me the ability to "shoot" 2 or 3 feet sometimes when I cum is this. You must deliberately practice flexing your PC muscles in sync with your normal ejaculatory spasms while you cum/orgasm. I learned to do this while masturbating. As soon as I started to cum I would try to "catch" each spasm in my mind and then, deliberately flex my PC muscle in sync with each spasm. After a couple weeks of practicing this, my ejaculation distance increased drastically. Now, as long as I flex in sync with my spasms, I have the distance...no more of it just "running out" on its own. Just to clarify, I dont mean to start randomly flexing your PC muscles as soon as you begin to orgasm....in sync with the spasms. Hope some of you take this to heart and it helps.
