Keep on going! In Penis Enlargement soreness, bruising and red spots are all very normal. I love a 7 day routine because it keeps me on track. Days off usually become a problem for me and I start to get lazy. This is something I posted in the newbie section on rest days:

REST DAYS
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

So cool, I have not done them in a while and now I am on a break. I never took a intended rest break before but I did take time off for an injury in my first year. Anyway, this is when I came up with DLD Blasters, I could not even try them but I knew that they would have potential. When I was finally able to train again I jumped head first into Blasters and I was able to break the 9" barrier.

Do you think I could move into them if I started slow?
Also.... I don't want my shaft to outsize my head. Are there any exercises that work on just the head? or... will it grow as well due to the blood being forced into it by the jelqs?

I don't see why not, these are not a dangerous or advanced exercise, they are simply for gaining width. Take it slow and you should be fine. I actually think it is a great idea to start working on width early in your program, I wish I would have.

Your glans (head) will grow with your penis. There are some exercises that isolate the glans but for now I would stick to the basics. As you progress and become more conditioned you can add in some of the more advanced moves.
 
DLD, what do you recommend for isolating the glans? I read this and it struck interest with me.
 
damn i have been doing this routine wrong i have not done any btc exercises. i am glad i read this so i can make the corrections
 
I am new at this and have bought a pump which I have used for about 6 sessions. Not much bruising but I have been conservative with it. I want to combine it with exercises but don't know where to find out about them. Any suggestions on how a newbie can learn the exercises to combine with the pumping?

I have noticed some size gain with the pump but who knows if and when it will be permanent.
 
You can basically combine any exercise with pumping. Since you are new, I would recommend sticking with jelqing for now. Alternate between 10 min. jelq and 10 min. pump(with heating pad and 3-5 hg).

My bad, I had this routine posted in two places and when I updated the routine 6 months ago in the other thread I forgot to update it here. You were doing it correct but I updated it to include a wider range of motion in the stretching portion.
 
This works,ive used a similar routine combined with pumping sesions,and my gains have been substancial.
 
Pumping works well for some,for others jelging is the only way.no two units are the same.
 
going to the question on how many minutes for 600 jelqs, well it how long you do each stroke but average is 2secs per stroke so that is 600 X 2 = 1200secs in minutes that is 20minutes, but it normally takes me around 40-45minutes to do 600
 
does all this pulling and jelqing on the penis age how it looks in the long run? its just something iv been thinkin about. if someone knew our had first had experience on this matter that would be great if they posted thier thoughts
 
bro ive been pumping and stretching since 92,and my unit is still the same in appearance just longer and much thicker.The bloated freakish looking unit is a victim of overpumping.which does cause damage and even impotence.

A very good way of enlarging penis is through extenders which when coupled with exercises speeds up the gains. I read about a few good programs and devices on www.peniszest.com

Got a question. I did almost 2 hours of stretching and maybe just 30 mins of jelqing today. Will I still see gains in length but not as much in girth?
