So is anyone making gains with the VTLC?
How long do you wear it?
Do you ever hang weights off of it like 5lbs or so?

I don't see any erect gains with it but my flaccid is better, I also do phase 1 . I have built up to 5 lbs and do that appx a hour or two a day with breaks in between. I have it on now over the shoulder it tugs pretty good with just the straps pulled tight. I still take breaks every 20-45 minutes do any of you wear it over a hour or longer without any breaks? I use it between1-3 hours a day, is this enough to make any gains do you think?
