So, I think my herc is dead.

I was having issues doing bathmate stretches due to crappy suction and air bubbles coming out while pumping, so I cleaned it and put it back together. Now, there is a serious drop in pressure right away and it slowly let's the pressure down much like a subsiding erection. I've put it back together about a half dozen times and I can't get the thing to get back go norm. Has my trusty pump taken it's final shit? I've been at it on the original herc for about 3 years, so maybe the 900 days of pumping finally killed it. If so, I may need to think of an alternative. Anyone have a fix for this? I can pull suction with a vac mod, but that's every 30 sec or so and a PITA. Can I get some sort of credit tword a new one or an x40??? Reps? Help??? Thanks.

Hi there!

I had a similar issue a while ago. Apparently, upon inspection, there was a hairline crack on the cylinder. Very near to the valve, on the grainy surface. I put some superglue on the crack, spreading it around evenly and works again! Mind you, I've also had to attach the gaiter to the cylinder again with silicone. Knocking on wood, works fine for the time being!

Repair parts are on the way. Good god damn BM is the best. Mark my words. No other pump or company is better. I'll be buying more pumps as time goes on. Love you guys.

Just got my repair valve today in the mail, swapped it out and I'm back to pumping. Guess I may hold off on the LM for a while... Thanks Bathmate. Can't say enough about how much this company rules. You'd be foolish to buy a different pump from another company. I love you guys. Let me know if you ever need a testimonial.

They really do a kick ass job here, so happy to have their exclusive service like we do.
 
The new valve is incredible. It's a bit beefier than the original model's. Plus there is more material in the valve seal. I think this is incredible. My original version herc feels like a brand new pump again. The power is insane. I feel like I can rip my dick off with it. Cheers bathmate.

I hope all Brothers who are looking to buy a BathMate should take a valuable lesson from this thread, buying through the Brotherhood has it's privileges! I am so happy you have gotten straightened out Born and I am also very pleased with BathMate's response and care for us here.
