Hi'yall

I'm starting with the phase 1 routine... except I'm going to increase the jelq sessions by 100 jelq's every week for the 6 weeks wich will still bring me to 600 jelq's a'day, by the end of the first phase. I'm a big believer in not over training and starting gradually. I use to do 50-100 jelq's here and there over the course of around 2 years and I gained around a half inch wich isn't too shabby for pe'ing inconsistantly.

My starting bone press length is 6 1/8 X 5 1/2 inches (rounded to the nearest 1/8th). I'm rounding to the nearest 1/8" to give myself the benefit of the doubt... I want to gauge my progress more so by visual than by the tape measurer.

As soon as I can get my digital camera, I will take some before and after pictures of each phase.
