Been wearing my SG for 220 hours now, still no results so I'm making sure that I'm doing it right.
Very frustrating that I can't find any proper information on how the tension bars work on the device and what am i supposed to feel... Would suck if I've just been simply putting a noose and strangling my dick for 6 months with 0 results wouldn't it :p ?

The hexagonal things that have the markings on them only disappear inside the bar when I compress and pull the device towards my dick, if I screw and adjust the tension with the device fitted on my dick (and yes I followed every step) it only just moves it forward and makes it longer, but the markings are still all there and visible no matter how much I screw/turn. I attached two pictures where I clearly show what confuses me with the device.

Also was I supposed to measure and add +1 cm to my FULLY OUTSTRETCHED (as in when I grip behind my glans and pull out as far as I can)? Or did I simply have to add +1cm to my normal flaccid length (maybe a bit pulled in front since it varies all the time) ? So confusing
 
+1 cm from you fully BONE PRESSED ERECT LENGTH. Add in some manual stretches before then place it at this length to hold and heal, rinse and repeat, slowly add tension as you see fit and it feels good!
 
I'm having the same problem, I've watched the soundless DVD that came with the DVD and can still not figure out how to add tension!
 
My interpretation for wearing SG with tension, is to wear it so that you can feel the stretch. When I wear SG, I am not wearing it so that my penis does not get the deathgrip. I personally am not wearing it so that I am wearing it at its maximum stretch + 1-2 cm, as it would make me uncomfortable after 2 hours and makes it even easier for it to fall off.

You should try wearing the SG at its lowest setting,where it's comfortable and easy to put on, and then rotate the bars until you a good stretch in your penis. If you are using the additional bars with your SG and have already rotated it so that it gets longer and can no longer feel the stretch, I think your next best option is to try to pull your penis harder (keeping a stretch) and trying to put the SG on.
 
The tension is applied using the spring bars. what you do is wear the extender to the size of your penis, and then twist the spring bars so they move outward as far as they can go. Ill make a video showing what I mean tomorrow morning because its a little difficult to explain.
 
I think the video that we will be shooting tonight will bring even greater understanding to some of the more fine points of the extender.
 
DLD Where is that Video because I'm having trouble figuring out exactly how to adjust the tension and length etc.
 
Use your BPFSL. Make the length that size and then attach. Twist the rods so they start to extend. You'll feel your penis start to stretch. If you can see the threads on both ends of the adjustment screws, you need to add another bar to both sides. The stretch should feel like when you manually stretch slowly and increase the pull. The time is different on everybody, some can go more than an hour, some only 30 minutes. It gets tedious at first but you'll learn right away. Playing around with it is the fastest way. I never watched the video because I knew what it was, a very simple device. Tedious when your not ready for it lol. I'll find a video.
 
yea I completely understand what you mean, but turn the thumb screws outward to increase the tension those lines that describe the weight (for example, 600g, 900g, 1200g, and 1500g) barley move. Like it's the weiderest thing. My penis can stretch out pretty long, so I use a lot of rods, but for some reason I feel like im getting the stretch i need to make gains because I'm not using the tension properly. Like whats the point of wearing this thing 12 hours a day If I'm barley applying any tension. I'm gonna see If I can make a video and post it, but it would prob take to long because it has to get approved.

The springs actually get you to 2800 g. But to your question, you want to compress the SizeGenetics, add bars that are a bit longer than your Flaccid stretched size and attach. Once attached the springs will decompress a bit allowing for a much more intense stretch. You always want to use as much of the spring compression as possible.
 
Forgot, push the bars up and down to make sure the springs aren't binding anywhere. The new sizegenetics has much stronger springs than before. So, the bar could not be moving since you haven't reached the weight limit for that line yet. You might be able to get some quick flaccid gains if that is the case, which would be great. Then that will turn into erect gains.

That would be awesome! I always get very happy when Brothers use the video server here. We spent sooooooo much money on this and it rarely is used.

Burning sensation is usually skin stretch, base pain will be from ligaments, internal soreness is due to expressive stretching and soreness along the shaft is due to Tunica expansion. All good signs!
 
Just keep up on massaging and ointment application. Then you'll be good. The burn will subside and just be ligament, tunica and internal penis soreness.

Deep tissue massage such a good remedy to soreness and stiffness from a good workout. Any kind of skin irritation can be dealt with using Hydrocortisone and any cut can be dealt with using Bacitracin.
