Another day, another new device I had a session with last night.

The SizeDoctor Gamechanger, although I only used its extending capabilities, haven't used the hanger thus far.

So its really easy to get placed inside, has a very large base which is great for me having used extenders in the past that had small bases that became constricting on the area closest to the penis, and trapping skin there.

You set the rods up to match your maximum erection length, so, it may require the addition, or subtraction of bars for different men.

Once you have the bars setup, you can measure with a ruler from top of the sizedoctor head piece, to the very bottom of the base, you are ready to go.

I decided to go in without a silicap or silisleev, and pleased I did that, as you will read later on :)

Very simple to put on, only a case of putting the penis through the base part, pressing it against the pubic area from the top of the head piece, so, your holding the base piece with one hand, while with the other pressing down on the head piece towards your penis.

This compresses the springs, brings that head piece that's shaped like Darth Vader closer to your glans

Once its within reach, and if you measured the bars correctly to your erect length it should do, the next part required me to have some baby oil on the glans. Not much is needed, just enough to penetrate.

While pushing down on the top, you can place, and push the penis head [glans] into the sizedoctor head attachment entrance point. Don't force it, just give it a push, and get the pumping bulb.

Have this bulb attached as shown in the videos, make sure the pin is not pushed all the way down, you need a tad little space, hardly anything, but enough, so you will get vacuum. If you leave it, like I did at first, you will get all the pressure leaving the head piece when you remove the bulb.

This has been a troublesome area for some users of the SizeDoctor, but follow this clip to get it perfect.

Once I watched that, followed it, the equipment worked.

Okay, so the glans will enter the head piece slowly, you will notice as you press the pump bulb it slowly, very slowly, comes back to its full size. This is good, dont rush it, you should note how the penis head is being pulled into position with each pump.

My advice here, is wait, be patient for the bulb to decompress before compressing it again for pressure.

I noticed that it held really well once I followed the advice Lightning laid down in the clip above.

Honestly, I was lay in bed for 50 minutes with this on, no problems whatsoever!!! it felt really REALLY nice, and comfortable! jeez I remember the old noose style extender I had in the early 00's, that killed like a bitch, and I will get some pix up of my old pe gear, how much stuff has moved on for the better.

So, I was amazed with how good it was. My length was at near its max length being stretched out, no discomfort.

Now, the problem came :) I wanted to terminate the session, so I pulled the pressure pin, and tried getting out, but I couldn't get the hell out ... I noticed it got tighter, and had visions in my mind going the hospital with this on my knob :) but I managed to shove a finger down the side of my shaft into the head piece to release the glans.

No markings or pain either, just a brief panic. I later found out, this was because initially I over pumped inside and my glans hit the white piece, affecting the pressure release system. So, in future do not over pump inside, do not touch that inside piece.

Looking at the grey seals, its a #3 which is middle out of the 6 pieces provided, with 1 being damn tight, and 6 being the loosest.

I may need to use #6 if I'm to get into this with the cap, and silisleev. My girth could make it interesting :)

Overall though, I'm very pleased with this equipment. It provides a painless, very easy attachment to the penis, and offers many options such as hanging weights via the cable on the gamechanger, not to mention ADS with the leg strap.

My advice to improve the experience for customers ordering a SizeDoctor, would be, to ask them what their flaccid girth size is, and then the correct grey girth seal can be placed for them, rather then using the same number for all orders.

I will try this next with the hanger, using light weights. Not sure when I will use the silicap, or\and sleeve, because, I'm not sure I can get out, unless I move up to #6. I dont want to be stranded :)

Please though, for those put off by reports of these things loosing pressure, dont be. Just follow the clip above and you'll be safe, this is exactly what I did last night, and beforehand I was loosing pressure.

Great write up.

The problem is that nobody reads instructions, and when we make videos, people don't thoroughly watch them.

Also, if you want to stretch downward, unscrew the rods in the middle and rotate the brown "U Shape" retention base 180 degrees so the opening is on top. This will allow you to stretch down. The reason why the retention base isn't able to allow the rods to go downward is because the base would slide up due to the bottom being open and not being able to press against the bottom of your shaft.

Thats a good point, I noticed but wasn't sure.

So simple figure out if you just watching videos from start to finish but people don’t do that. I don’t read directions I just expect things to work. Whenever you get a new device understand there’s a learning curve and you need to get as much information and understanding about that as possible. That’s why we make the videos we make so we can help you understand the basics.

These pix might help regarding the positioning of the pressure pin

I've not been able to train for more than a week now. But today I decided to give the size doctor a try. I don't have a silica, I only have the silisleeves.

Is it advisable to use the size doctor without the silicap? Also, can I use a little Vaseline on my glands before wearing the size doctor?

There should be no problem using without SiliCap. You will not experience is much comfort but there’s no reason you can’t use it. I would not advise Vaseline to use as it may cause damage. Use a water based lubricant.

Can you recommend any water based lubricant for me?

There’s so many different ones I go with suave hair conditioner because it’s very cheap but you can go with any conditioner that’s a water-based.

Baby oil, coconut oil or olive oil should be okay I guess. Certainly baby oil is fine.

What do you think the difference is in Vaseline and these oil’s that make a difference? Is it a petroleum itself?

I think so.

Are you using the size doctor Red? I don't have the silicap to cover my glands and aim experiencing some sort of slippage when I wore the extender. Are you experiencing slippage too?

How do you get to use it successfully without slippage and no silicap?

I have tried it out, worn it at night a few times. Didn't wear the silicap either, and yes it was tricky to keep the head inside. I think by using x2 shorter bars out the set included might help.

The SD comes with x2 bars on each side right? they are all the same length. Try that, see if it helps.

Also, the vacuum with the SD in my opinion is not anywhere good enough as it should be, when compared with silistretcher its a no contest. Even with the new spring mod, I dont think the bulb gives a good amount of pump, and the actual grey sleeves that fit to the attachment head, dont always hold tight as they should.

I suppose you can try going with a smaller grey sleeve. It comes with #3 fitted and in total it has 6 sizes from 1-6. I use #5 because #3 was too tight, #6 a little slack. Even with #5 though its not great.

Go with #2 if your on #3. It will have the number near the entrance point on the sleeve.

When you do lubricate, only use a tiny amount. I have found that if I do not use any lubrication I cannot enter the SD under any circumstances whatsoever, which is very frustrating. Its not as user friendly like the silistretcher, but it still has allot of good points to it.

If MOS adapted the head attachment so that it could accept the likes of the MityVac pump, and use silisleeves in place of the grey ones that are from SD it would be allot better.

I'll try it out with some sleeves and see if they work in place of the grey ones. The main issue though, is loss of suction. Even when doing the careful work with that pin, it takes longer then necessary to get inside, and maintain the pressure.

This is the vacuum mod that should really be implemented in my view on all SizeDoctors before they are shipped. Then, a user can upgrade to a better pump, they will see much more useful suction then the crap ball pump it comes with.

I'm also open minded with this mod, that the actual attachment head, could be detached from the rods (lightning shows this in a video when its aim is to hang weights) and used as a head pump! because the shape is prime for that already, especially in the way it molds the coronal ridge.

Nice modification using the sleeves for a much better stretch using sizedoctor.
