The more time under tension the more you will grow. I too use both SG and Bathmate.
Make sure to unstrap every couple of hours to let blood flow into the glans.
Try Dld's 1 inch in 12 weeks program.
Its worked for me. Gained an inch in length and girth. I do 4 hrs in SG , 2 10 min sessions in Bathmate + SSJs every day
Strap it down when not in the SG.
In 6 months you be quite larger.
Remember to visualize your bigger penis. Daily affirmations like "You are growing longer and thicker." work to keep you in the right state.
