@ace, you want to apply as much tension as you can without being uncomfortable. Once it gets to a point where you're not feeling the stretch much anymore, that's when you want to start adding more tension. Overexerting yourself will just be working backwards... be sure to take your time.
Does this mean to not choke the penis by stretching it to it's limit? I find blood flow is better and the penis thicker, when I've the noose not pulled as tightly but I worry that I'm not stretching past erection length. Which is better?

My apologies for being away so long, had duties in another country. Didn't notice you had asked me a question, but to answer your questions, if you still need an answer.

form my expeience, you DO want to choke your penis to it's limit and force as much flow as possible, but you don't want to squeeze TOO too tight and put unnecessary strain on the vessels. You want them to expand, yes, as you force more bloodflow through them, but you dont want to try and over-exert them to a point where it's like a bottle of champagne causing them to burst either. Imagine your erection length as basically about 97%. You want to get about that extra 3% or so, but if you over do it and the muscles dont have a chance to strength/grow, then you'd just be stretching the skin which would give it a bad look anyway. That's why you need to have a tight, constant grip that can actually be filled rather than just pulling as much as you can. A good grip with a 1% extra stretch distance will yield better results than a bad grip with a 5% extra stretch distance. I think I said that right.

Hello, I have been scouring the internet for information about this, and I seen plenty of people asking the exact questions for problems I have, yet every single answer which seems to help people and make sense do not even come close to working. It is VERY frustrating. I have the "comfort" strap, the rubber strap that is known to break and not so comfortable. IF I can ever get it to hold, it is VERY uncomfortable and hurts after just 20-30 min while cutting off circulation, then hurts taking it off and can't put it on a second time for more than 5-10 min. If I try to do EVERY single thing on this thread and other threads it just slips right off, or the skin rolls over and the head slips through.....and I am not joking, very litteral. The video I thought would help and it almost nearly did, but still slips right off. I am un-circumcised, maybe average at best. The only way I can seem to get it to hold is if I do not roll back the skin, which is painful stretch on the skin and doesn't seem to make sense to do that. If I put it about an inch or so behind the gland and just barely pull back skin to allow it to stretch......it will NOT stretch and when it gets to the point where it should.......slips out through the foreskin. I have used the Foam, socks, shirts, the medical wrap tan ish tape thing....all hurt like hell on my skin, I have tried toilet paper wrapped up with the wrap around it for traction.....nothing works. I have tried both flaccid and semi flaccid.....semi flaccid or start wrapping when erect seems to the be only way I can get it to hold without slipping out right away and that's by strangling the gland so that the strap can't roll over it. But again, that hurts in a very short time and then can not use again for a couple hrs making it pointless.

If I follow the guide on here or many guides of putting just enough length passed flaccid length, I get zero stretch, if I put more, it stretch skin at best, unless I roll skin back, which then the gland slips through while skin rolls over it since the strap does not hold the gland in place. I also have to use something between the skin and the strap anyways since while flaccid I am not big enough for the strap to hold in place and is like it is not even on.

I can not even get it to a 1% stretch. There has got to be something I am missing because I want to bust this thing to pieces for wasting my money and giving me so much frustration.

Pick up the VLC modification and all these issues will disappear.

About the VLC, I've read people say that in other posts or this one maybe too, can you explain what exactly that is.....complete name and what it looks like. Because I click on those links and it takes me to the main page with all the advertising for it and wants me to buy the entire box which looks exactly like what I already have except with another soft wrap gel thing.....(like the foam) ....and has the rubber ish silicon "comfort" which actually is more uncomfortable strap. And doesn't say anything about VLC anywhere I can see. No abbreviations, no 3 words that start with V L C, just some packs. I'm sure somewhere it's right in front of my face, but can't find it and it all looks the same as what I got. The comfort strap doesn't work.....at all, doesn't get snug enough to hold anything, just strips through no matter what I use, and the times it doesn't is when my head is so strangled, like I mentioned before, that I can only wear it for a very short period and just one time per day because then it's too much irritated pain to wear again for a few more hrs.

Is it the original strap I saw people had that is like a silicon rope thing that you pull snug and latch on the bottom to hold? That is no where to be found for me.

Reading all this posts makes me not want to buy any Extender. After all it is an investment and if it won't work like it should by its own, then it is no good, no matter which brand.

So, which is the best of all those extenders in the market? This is the 1 trillion dollar question! ^^

Dude, the SizeGenetics is here on the forum for more than half price, just click on the link in my signature. The package we have regularly sells for $425.00 and we give it to you for $195.00 and it comes with a $50 cash card to use at their store.

Sigh.......what is VLC again? I'm not ordering another package of the same thing I already have....and there is nothing that says what VLC is on the website and can't find it on the forums since people just say VLC and don't say what that means.

Ahh k thanks......and the VLC does not add more foreskin? I read some other posts that say they have gained more foreskin which is something I don't want to happen not one mm of.

The TLC is the foreskin model, the VLC is used with the SizeGenetics Extender.

I assume that this VLC thing is for men that are uncircumcised, correct? I'm having a hell of a time keeping my extender on. I'm in the 'below average' category in terms of length (3.75 erect, sucks for me right?) so using the comfort strap is out of the question and the silicone noose thing always seems to pinch the f*ck out of me, even when wearing the foam sleeves and other BS. Does anybody know of a proven technique or add-on for the extender for men of smaller size? Any info would greatly be appreciated.

No, the VLC is for anyone, it actually works better for cut men than uncut. Using the VLC with your SizeGenetics is the fastest, most comfortable and gripping method.

TLC Tugger has an all-new web site. To get the MOS discount you now enter coupon code MOS at checkout.

The discount applies to any of 5 ventless device kits that you can see by searching VLC KIT at the site thus: VLC KIT | Search Results | TLC Tugger Foreskin Restoration Or go straight to the PE page VLC Tugger PE / ADS | TLC Tugger Foreskin Restoration which describes the ventless device options including the VLC Tugger, the VLC Hanger (for weights users), and the VLC-X (for those also expanding the foreskin). The kits all include a clip to hook the device to an extender like the SG.

You'll notice that the Tugger handle is now not so long, so you may not need to extend the SG rails as far. There is also a new listing for VLC Packer which has no handle sticking out.

Cheers,
-Ron Low

Direct link that opens in your browser to either ''view with'' or download.

I've decided to start wearing the SG again for a few more months. I'd like to know where I can get the wrap you use in the video where can I order it??

Thanks for replying. I just recieved the ace wrap today. I'm using it with theraband for wrapping to use with the SG. How many inches of ace bandage & theraband do you use when you were using the SG??
