Extreme Bundle Dynamic 5 minute stretches, with LENGTHMASTER 3.

Notes: At timestamp: 04:00, you will see why I'm calling these Extreme Bundles.

These Extreme Bundled stretches are so tough, my penis gets extremely sore (skin soreness) by doing these. Currently I can only do 10 minutes in one session, before I need a long rest.

But I'm feeling a really good stretch in my inner penis and the ligaments (Fundiform and Suspensory). If you don't feel the stretch as you used to do when you where new to the LENGTHMASTER 3, try bundle even more.
Good to know there’s a plethora of techniques you’ve invented to make the BTC-B stretch even more intense if need be.
Really useful to know this for future reference if I too need to up the intensity.

First I gotta get up to 2 bundles, as of right now I simply don’t understand how you manage to do 2-3 bundles though I’ll eventually figure it out and get there too. For now 1 bundle is more than intense enough.

Feels like I’ve been doing the BTC-B stretch for a much longer time than just a week, so gotten used to doing them pretty quick. Love feeling my inner penis being pulled out as well. For me the BTC-B stretch is the best and most effective stretch there is.

You will get more rotations in in the future.

If you would do more of Downward Bundled Stretches in front of your body, you would be able to get more bundles in, before going in to the BTC-B stretches. It's easier to loosen up the Tunica albuginea in front of your body, in the beginning. Maybe you progressed to fast into BTC-B Stretches? But I can't know that. You need to feel how your penis is doing.
But you can also just keep pushing the bundles in the BTC-B Stretches, you don't need to do a full add on of rotation, just go to the limit and stay there and keep pushing it.

In the video above I was doing that, trying to push the bundles as hard as I could and at the same time stretching hard.

I'm trying to get to a new good stretching position since the position I was in, didn't do it any longer for me. There will be a period of more penis soreness for me, until the skin on my penis has adjusted. So painful sometimes. This increased in bundles would not be possible for me without the secound handlebar.


In the future you will be able to do many rotations.
Don't be discouraged just keep pushing it. You got this. Keep growing brother. 💪

If you would do more of Downward Bundled Stretches in front of your body, you would be able to get more bundles in, before going in to the BTC-B stretches. It's easier to loosen up the Tunica albuginea in front of your body, in the beginning. Maybe you progressed to fast into BTC-B Stretches? But I can't know that. You need to feel how your penis is doing.

You will get there. Focus on the process brother. That is the most important thing. I'm listening to music when I stretch...it gives me more drive...and it's more fun.

You’re so close to reaching it, and yes it’s only 22,86 cm, haha. That’s why I’ve decided I’m going for 25 cm, no joke, yes I’m getting a bit greedy I guess, though will do everything I can to reach it.

But maybe I’ll be satisfied with 22,86 cm, time will tell. Still got a long way to go and a lot of intense, beautiful BTC-B stretching to do.

Yes! It will feel like time flies away.

Yes "only" 22.86 cm but will be cemented with: 24.13 cm. Good to be greedy.

Time will tell. Trust the process brother, and you will get to your desired goal.

Ball & Lig Stretches: The 4 stretching positions.

In this video instruction I am showing you slowly the 4 stretching positions that I'm doing in the Ball & Stretch routine. Look at if I'm using my, left or right hand in the 4 different stretching positions.

Read all this text below, it's important so you understand these stretches. Because I want you to understand the importance of these stretches.

With these type of stretches, you will reduce the "turkey neck" and your flaccid penis will hang lower. It will also look more impressive and more natural.

As I have written before. The Ball & Lig Stretches are very important for length gains, because you are just not only reducing the turkey neck, but you are also restoring the skin so your penis will grow faster without any obstructions.

If you do not do these kind of stretches, as you increase in length, there will be no skin left and your balls will be pushed forward and up, when you get an erection. My belief is that if you have a tight scrotum, you will not maximum your potential in; Bone Pressed Erected Length.

A tight scrotum can also possible hinder your penis (if you have little foreskin), so that your erected penis are then curved, when you get an erection. The skin are holding the penis back.
(This part is just a theory).


I'm doing this video to more clearly show, what I'm doing in these, Ball & Lig Stretches.

You can also see that, in the video I am adjusting the grip to stretch as close as possible in the scrotum skin (beginning of the turkey neck). This will allow you to reduce the turkey neck even faster.

That’s exactly the way I perform the Ball & Lig stretch as well. Already noticing my scrotum hanging lower, especially when it’s nice and warm down there. Always do a minimum of 5-6 min of those before each session.

Seems like others are on here are saying they’ve started doing them too. It’s a Ball & Lig stretch revolution going on, hehe.

Twist/rotate your penis and then stretch.
You can do bundled stretches in all directions.

When you first starting out, you should work on to transition to these stretches. Twist your penis as many revolutions that feels okay (as many as you can), and then you stretch your penis.

Then when you need even more lavarage and even more intensity in your stretches, you can transition to the POWER ASSIST 2, and/or the LENGTHMASTER 3. But don't forget all the manual stretches that @DLD invented, that exists in the MOS DVD.

By the way I used a broomstick to get more leverage and intensity in my stretches, when I started out.

Note: The POWER ASSIST 2, is one of the parts in the LENGTHMASTER 3.
So bundled stretches is literally just twisting you penis and pulling it ? 🤔

How long do I hold for? How often do I do it and how many reps?
When I was stretching with my hands I held my stretches for 1 minute, in every direction. I did 2 sessions per day, 30 minutes each. Some stretches you can hold for longer.

Exercise description:
You stretch in every angle in front of your body. Hold each stretch for 1 minute. The video will show you how to perform the stretches.

As in every penis enlargement exercise, it's important to increase the intensity progressively. You can do this in many diffrent ways, but mainly:
  1. Increasing the amount of bundles (rotations of your penis).
  2. Increasing the stretching force.
  3. Holding each stretch for longer. But start with 1 minute stretches. Remember this is a beginner routine.
