LENGTHMASTER 3 - Beginner routine.

Exercise description:
You stretch in every angle in front of your body. Hold each stretch for 1 minute. The video will show you how to perform the stretches.

As in every penis enlargement exercise, it's important to increase the intensity progressively. You can do this in many diffrent ways, but mainly:
  1. Increasing the amount of bundles (rotations of your penis).
  2. Increasing the stretching force.
  3. Holding each stretch for longer. But start with 1 minute stretches. Remember this is a beginner routine.

No you need 20 minutes x 2 times/day (implement rest days if you need them). 3 days on, and 1 day rest and then repeat, works for me.

Pumping can be implemented no worries to do girthwork after lengthwork.

Slow Squash Jelq (SSJ) - Girth exercise.

Exercise description:
Make sure you have a solid erection.
Then you take one hand at the base, and use your forefinger and thumb to create a restriction (clamping). Then simultaneously you take your other hand at the glans and push both hands together, which creates an expansion in the tissue between the two hands. You should keep the pressure at an optimal level, not to high and not to low. If your erection goes down, you can use C Jelq's as I'm doing in the video.

When it comes to erection level, you need to keep it at 70% to 80%.

Nice and clear video.
Almost can’t wait until I’m done with gaining length and start doing the 5x5x3 and the SSJ’s again.

But for now it’s all about getting to double digits in length.

Couldn't resist to create a video instruction. First time in a long time since I used a pump. Back to lengthwork now. Double digits here we come.

I'm using a πŸ˜€ to cover my face in the video, in a couple of video frames.

The video is highly compressed, that's the reason for the poor quality of the video. I have not a lot of data to work with when I upload these videos.

Broomstick stretch: BTC (Behind The Cheeks) with inner penis stretch.

Description:
Bundled your penis and stretch it, as if you are going to do a regular bundled BTC (Behind The Cheeks) to the right stretch.
Then you use the broomstick to deform and stretch the penis (Tunica) even more. You pull with your right hand to the side, as you simultaneously push the broomstick forward and to the left. You will feel a lot of inner penis stretch as well. Of course you do this stretch at the other side as well (left side), and then everything becomes opposite.

This exercise is validated by me and it works. If you need confirmation you can look in my Logbook.
I used this stretch and others (will upload the others later) to get my newbie gains of ~1 inch (BPEL).

The video doesn’t look like behind the cheek stretching. It looks more like regular to the side stretching. Do you have a video of actual btc stretching with the broomstick?

The naming of my exercises are based on @DLD's exercises, I do this in order for people to faster understand the exercises. This exercise you are mentioning, there is nothing wrong with the naming of it.

Don't get hung up on the name.
This is a very powerful stretch:

Look at @DLD's πŸ”— Beginners manual penis enlargement guide.

Then you will understand my naming. It's not like doing BTC with the LengthMaster, but it's still BTC according to @DLD's naming system.

If you are not satisfied, do this stretch instead.
πŸ”— BTC Stretch with hands (laying down).


@DLD also have exercises called:

  • DLD Tub Stretch.
  • DLD under leg fulcrum.
