You stretch in every angle in front of your body. Hold each stretch for 1 minute. The video will show you how to perform the stretches.
As in every penis enlargement exercise, it's important to increase the intensity progressively. You can do this in many diffrent ways, but mainly:

- Increasing the amount of bundles (rotations of your penis).
- Increasing the stretching force.
- Holding each stretch for longer. But start with 1 minute stretches. Remember this is a beginner routine.
