Hi I am a newbie on this forum however I have been into penis enlargement for a good 5/6 years and have tried almost everything. I have also bought the MoS package and tried it but will admit not consistently due to circumstances. I have always been around 6'' BPEL and gone up and down a little when trying pills and what not. Girth has never changed and has always been 5'' EG mid-way. Recently I have not done anything bc I got circumcised which may have traumatised my penis as I am now currently 5.75" BPEL!!! You can imagine the frustration after so many year wasted so much money and have ended up with a smaller dick than before!! I am dedicating myself to MoS and hoping this last resort saves my self-esteem, just being 7" BPEL will make me happy :) I am starting out with phase 1 from the DVD, basic stretching and jelqing... wish me luck and tell me your stories to get motivated =)

Quick questions:

1) the jeqling, when I stroke from bottom to top the skin moves along, is that ok? Do I go over the glan or just under as skin gets gathered and creased just under the glan?

2) How long should one stroke take? I cannot fit the stretching (3 sets per each stretch) and jelqing (600 strokes) into an hour, am I doing something wrong?

3) Do I take any rest days?

4) any tips, advice or motivation please throw my way and help me get started to big manhood...

Some skin will always slide when using the Jelq, as long as your grip is tight enough that you are effecting internal tissue you are doing just fine. You should always stop just before the head as the next stroke starts. You want the change from hand to hand to be quick as possible so as not to loose too much blood.

A jelq should take anywhere from 1 second to 5 seconds, I personally like faster strokes (maybe 2 sec). I would not try to cram all of your work in one session. I suggest splitting the routine between girth and length at different times during the day. Maybe Length am and Girth pm. That is what I have always done.

I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

Look to the men here for inspiration, see the gains that are possible and get excited about what you can make happen. Look to ���� stars penis's that you would like to have and use that to fuel your motivation. Take pictures of your size now and then take pictures of your penis after some growth, that will really inspire you. The best advice I can give to staying motivated is staying in the Brotherhood, active and involved, this will keep you on point and you will learn the latest and greatest exercises and tools.


I recommend that you read through SRT completely to gains an incredible understanding of PE and how to make gains the fastest.

Look at " Picture Proof: Penis Enlargement Pictures & Progress " section or "Routines and Progress in Penis Enlargement ",there are tons of succes stories . Stick with the MoS and follow the SRT and you will gain 100 %..i feel sorry for you,you didn't gained anything in 5-6 years...There are two things you should know in PE: first thing you should know is you need consistency...if you are not consistent,you are wasting your time with PE.Second is intensity,if you are consistent but your workout is too " soft " , you are not going to gain anything.So Consistency + Intensity = gain .
