What an awesome review and I’m glad you took a couple months before you did post making sure this is something that you really cherished. I like what you said about wearing it in public that it’s only really visible from when you’re sitting or crouching but it’s actually a cool thing it makes your cock look huge ? I always love that about ace wrap but the sili sleeve is even better for that shock value! I would greatly appreciate it if you could go to the store and pu this review there also ?

Though I'm sure your breaths were hardly baited in waiting, I thought I would give a brief reaction to using the sleeve for almost two months. Honestly, so far so good. See, to me it's one of those things that you kinda just have to keep doing, but get scared that if you stop you'll go back to how things were.

So far I've been pretty much wearing it non stop, after PEing and during the day. Now in this time I've been waiting to get a replacement foam ring to my Phallosan Forte, and now that I have I won't be wearing it as much at night. But it's not noticeable at all from your underwear, and the only time it is depends on the type of underwear you use, if you're just in that, and how you're sitting \ crouching \ standing... And honestly, that's a fun little affect I think, having your guy stretched so much in a flaccid state that he pokes \ falls out... Especially that I'm primarily a grower, it's nice to be a shower and for this to make it so.

As it is I'm going to be buying another one soon, as believe it or not I've stretched this out pretty good... There's also a little tear at the top, but again I've been putting it through the ringer and sometimes use hand cream underneath, which could be breaking it down somewhat. So with all that said, it really does what it's supposed to do, and especially with PE, that's kinda the point!

Now considering everything I said at this point, I'm wondering if I should buy a different version? I have the: SiliSleev-20 | 0.75"(20mm) x 3.3"(85mm) now, and like I said stretched it out length and girth wise, so I'm wondering if there's an upgrade of sorts I should look into for my next one... Look forward to your thoughts!

Awesome review! As far as upgrading, you are at a 3.3 now. If you go to a 5.75" you will get more stretch and if its too long you can roll it up at the base and use a SiliRing to keep it in place. These can also be cut to size but it would need to be a clean cut. We have a special cutter in house to cut them if you had a special request and didn't want to take the chance.

It’s so true how can you give a review until you’ve tried it long enough to have an opinion on its effects on growth until you see growth. I see this with the Lengthmaster all the time. They get it and they have no idea how to use it at first so they give a horrible reviews only to come back and learn how to use it the right way and regret making that review.

When I review a product it’s only after I’ve used it. For instance I should be getting my MityVac I’ll do the open box review. From there I test the device and from there I will create a routine and allow the Brotherhoods growth speak for me.

@DLD - Oh definitely, and when you're on the production \ sales end of a product and people pull crap like that; not giving your product enough time etc, it's all the more frustrating I'd imagine!

Either way yes, I look forward to getting my next sleeve, as trust me I need it! And just to be safe, again @Lightning I want to get your thoughts if I should go for the 20 or 27mm 5.75... Thanks again guys!

It's really up how you feel with the diameter. Is the 20mm too tight? Are you feeling cold after an hour? If so, go with the 27mm and MOSGrip to prevent slippage.

@Lightning - Okay so, got the 5.75 X 20 yesterday and just attempted to try it now... I see what you meant that it might need rolling or clean cutting, as it looks like it won't be that easy to get on without damaging it after a while. However when I roll it, it makes that area tighter and can see those issues we talked about above related to it being too tight happening; and it's not easier to get on after it's rolled anyway.

Now no doubt if I was rockin @DLD length and girth it won't be so much of an issues, but I'm still a work in progress!:) So any and all advice would be great... And if it looks like I should just cut it, how could I do so without causing damage? Appreciate the help!

Get a new pair of large sharp tailor scissors and do one clean cut. Cut small slivers off at a time to practice. You don't want any jagged edges or splits on the end where you cut and you will be fine.

We’re all works in progress my brother, we never stop improving we continue to perfect ourselves as we travel this wonderful journey.

Tip on the clip, heat up scissors before cutting. It will seal the cut.

They are wear and tear, so getting certain creases out might not be possible. See it as a sign of things working!
My longer sleeve has some bulging but still works great when I pump.
As long as they serve the purpose, the cosmetics shouldn't worry too much.
Trying to avoid any folding would be great but as you said, there's shifting etc., it's only natural that something might happen.

Best of gains to you!

I've often wondered, if the sleeve was placed underneath a cloth and ironed through the cloth, would that help? I don't know. Also, maybe placing in the freezer overnight? someone mentioned about the freezing point, and silicone. I dont know the ins and outs.

Great feedback on the wear of the Silisleeves.
Lightning mentioned a medium size Silisleeves that would be coming out at some point, so keep a look out. The medium sleeve I think for me would be the ideal size. Although both the skinnier sleeve and bigger sleeve work, the medium size just seems like it would be a just right fit.
Anyways thanks for the info, just shows how durable these sleeves are.
I have been using the sleeves mainly with the Silistretcher, but need to try to wear the sleeves also by themselves to see more benefits.

Smart idea!

The freezing would be seperate. You can try sticking one in the freezer overnight. I'm sure I read someone on these forums mention about silicone, and freezing.
