Silistretcher stretched across the waist

Gentle hand wash is what I would personally go for. It isn't so tough, get a bucket and get scrubbing. And not that you would need to wash it so often I think, of course depending how you wear it.
I usually wear the belt on my hips, over a shirt, so there's no direct skin contact. I feel that keeps the belt fresh for a longer time.

Maybe a tender cycle with machine but I wouldn't risk it, just my personal point of view.
I've washed certain items by hand for a longer time to keep them in good condition.

A photo would be great
My apologies for the late reply, been busy with work and haven't been on here for a minute. Anyways, same basic concept. Kind of hard to hold the camera and do this LOL. That's up against my hip area where it sits when I use the belt. I also have the plunger about where it is in picture and glans as far in as I can go. Any news on the traction device development? Very interested in that awesomeness.

I see the issue and that something that @Lightning would want to see also. Maybe we can make a change that will make it more comfortable. I’m very excited about the traction system coming too, it’s going to make every other tool obsolete.

I see exactly what you mean. The sleeve could be taking more stress at that angle then it can handle long term.

What happens if you are further in the Silistretcher, does it still create a pinch?

I go in as far as possible. It's not even terribly uncomfortable or anything(haven't tried it for long duration). Just seems bad to have that much of an angle on the glans and/or shaft
For me it seems to get worse as i break in the silisleeve and it starts weakening about 3-5 days in after doing 13-18 hrs a day it feels like someone pinching the crap out of ur member lol

Do you have a Silistrap?

For me I don’t get the same pinching at an angle if I’m pointing up, at least I’m not able to tell that there is any pinch.
