SiliStretcher Exclusive Length Routine ??

I'm going to try Pyramid and Reverse Pyramid first to see which one feels like it has the most current potential, and go from there. One thing I've learnt over the years is to listen to your body. Especially with hanging upper angles, more weight isn't always the answer. Sometimes a subtle shift in pelvic position or even reverse kegels can give a much better stretch. I hang an hour AM and and hour PM, and now will be adding the Silistretcher between and after. I can tell everyone this much... it's a far superior product than I anticipated and I grossly underestimated what it can do. I've spent the majority of the day with it on and experimenting. Like everything, there's a learning curve. One thing that works better for me already is wrapping the velcro once around my leg, attaching the velcro hanger, then finishing the wrap around so that the hanger strap is secure between layers. I went jogging and other activities to see how it's gonna work before wearing at my job and having an equipment malfunction in front of a 100 people. So far it's amazing and wearing sweats it's stealthy hidden and no problems. Thanks DLD.

I’m so happy that it is performing in all these various environments, that was a big part of our design. I’m also overjoyed that are using that routine as you might be the first. There are so many routines and I that I have created that go dormant for years only to be brought back with success. I created bundled stretches back in 2002 and they did not make it big until 2011, to become the most powerful exercise for Tunica stretching allowing me to make gains so much faster than before. Today everybody uses bundled stretching. So I’m happy you’re trying this new workout right away so it does not get buried. ?
 
I've changed up my upper angle hanging routine, adding in some concepts from here. Alternating from bundled to unbundled sets. Then deep V stretches while hanging OTS, starting directly from the edge of my wrap, then working all the way down to the base while using a downward pelvic tilt to counter pull. Got the idea from the modified __________ stretch. Then finishing off with a set of expressive stretches while hanging SU, reaching in deep and pulling against the weight. Think I figured out my skin tear problem. I don't think it was an issue till I switched heat sources from a hot steam wrap to a rice sock and not properly keeping the skin moisturized. I've stopped using heat for a warm up and added in Cortisone cream at the end of the day.

How do you recommend (tension/intensity level) and what position to wear the SS2 while sleeping for side and belly sleepers?

whatever position is most comfortable for you. The best position in my opinion is the where straight down and the intensity should be moderate to light. You’re looking to hold yourself at your erect length so you can heal in that state.

there’s not really a list of bundled stretching but I can mention some of the ways to do it. If you have a length master you can simply strap into the chamber twist your handlebars and stretch straight out from there. By hand you can twist your penis one or two times and stretch from there. Some people are bundling while they hang and I’ve even heard of some people bundling while they use an ADS. But what I can tell you is bundling stretches are vital to growth.

oh I got my silistretcher2 on time. it was just the weights that never showed up. looks like they are still on backorder. no worries thanks for checking up on this.
