Does the original SiliStretcher - All Day Penis Vacuum Stretcher and Weight Hanger have a larger bell avail like the SiliStretcher 2 - All Day Penis Vacuum Stretcher and Weight Hanger does? I find I can get the glans further in the original style than the 2nd version with the built in vacuum. 1.75inch or 2 inch would be nice.
