@Hazardous169 I am also uncut and have been using the Silisctretcher for about 120 hours in 1 to 2 hour increments for about 4 to 5 months and it is just a small learning curve once you get started.
I have not tried the skin forward method, but what I usually do is pull for skin back like mentioned above and then put on the Silistretcher.

There may be other methods for putting it on, but this is how I put it on since I have foreskin and it is not bad at all.

By the way I had a noose type extender before and the Silistretcher is way more comfortable in case you are wondering.
Start slow and then increase tension as you go.
