Silistretcher 2 question

Hi,
Last week I purchased the 1.5" SS2 and now wonder if I should have bought the 2". Does anyone know if the bell is any deeper or just larger diameter than the 1.5"? I seem to have trouble getting the glans all the way in on the 1.5". I also have the original SiliStretcher - All Day Penis Vacuum Stretcher and Weight Hanger and use the largest bell.

I mainly use it while sleeping and some times I get discomfort as I'm sure I'm getting erections during the night making it tighter. The 1.5 says good up to 6inch girth.. I'm 5.25ish..

I would purchase the 2 inch
 
How do I reach them at mos? I only had this for a week. In the past when I email I don't get a response :(

OK, thanks... Figures now I'm having issues sending email from the account I used for the purchase but can receive using it. I will try email with my other email address and hope it goes thru and get a response. Thanks for the help!
 
Well, sent the email to both addresses.. Hopefully hear back. I have 3 other orders pending as well.

Any idea the response turn around time is? Still haven't heard from them and nothing in spam.
