You dont have to remove the silisleev to piss. They wont cut off circulation and they come in two diameters .75" (20mm) and 1" (27mm) and both are very elastic.

In my experience, I still have to use my usual wrap but I added a sleeve and cap and it has improved the comfort significantly.

Just to be sure, no cold head either? I dont have a job where I can go to the bathroom every 15-60 minutes go stimulate circulation.

The design of the silisleev expands at the head. I haven't experienced a cold head, I'm sure other members will chime in here as well to share their experience. My flaccid girth is 4.5" and both sleeves work fine. The 20mm silisleev is a little more snug than the 27mm but nothing excessive.
As the silisleeve extends the penis, the siliring traps blood to maintain expansion for girth during healing. This is as good as it gets for all day comfort and healing while cementing length and girth gains.

This is quite impressive. I'm suppose to buy the sizedoctor but after going through this thread, it seems the PF would be the best combo with the silli sleeve.
