SiliSleeve proper wear

I just got the long SiliSleeve yesterday and was pretty excited. It took me a little bit to figure out the best way to put it on (finally saw the roll up like a condom advice lol). I've been wondering how you guys have been wearing it as an ADS. I've had the thicker part of the sleeve just below the glans and eventually my head turns purple. I have had it halfway on my head and still end up getting some tingling and purple. I have my head fully in the sleeve and when I need to pee I just fold the sleeve back. And on the second point, do you all take the sleeve off to pee in order to keep it from going everywhere? I also noticed that when I take the sleeve off some pee is still hanging out somewhere in my penis so it shoots out. What advice/experiences do you guys have?

Yes, the rolling motion can be easiest. I noticed that I can pee while a sleeve is on but yes, that "shooting out" can occur a little bit. Could take it as reverse Kegel training.

But if you have time, remove the sleeve when peeing and apply it again. Would give you a moment to do some stretching, if that is a possibility for you.

I wonder which did you get, the 0,75 or 1" diameter? Both do accommodate wide variety of girths though, but with the larger diameter the constriction could be lesser.

I've been doing Kegels but haven't tried reverse yet. Will have to! I do my best to drink a gallon of water a day since I workout a lot. That leads me to peeing a lot :/ that isn't fun to begin with but the body needs water to recover. Taking off and putting on is fairly inconvenient that many times but if it's what I have to do, then I haven't a choice. I got the .75 diameter. Maybe you are right and with the larger diameter I wouldn't have as many problems in terms of the stream not shooting straight. I'm sure once I got better at putting the sleeve on and taking it off it won't be a problem. I just wondering if you guys had similar learning curves.

What diameter did you choose?
What is your flaccid resting girth?
How long do you wear it before noticing tingling?

Try reversing the SiliSleev so the thicker part is at the base of your penis, it will act more like a restrictor at the base. I pee allot as well due to medications I take, and getting use to wearing something around your penis while pissing is something you will have to adjust to if you don't want remove it. You can also try rolling it back like a condom if you have the thicker end at the base, that will be more comfortable to pee.

I have become a little bit incontinent from PE, now I always pee on the floor and a few last drips in my pants. But I know it will go away once I slack off the intensity.

I've got the .75 diameter since my resting girth is less than 4 inches. It's at 3 1/2.
The tingling starts depending on how I am wearing it. The quickest I've noticed was half an hour and that's when I had the thicker part just below the glans of the head. Took about an hour when I had the thicker part wrapped halfway around the head. I have worn it with the thicker part at the base and it was maybe an hour and a half to two hours before I noticed some tingling around the bottom part of my base so like where the skin becomes looser for the testicles. I'll roll it all the way back allowing for a free willy, well, free head but wanted to throw the pin in there. I'll see how that goes.

This is a good sign, you are modifying tissue and its a bit messy in the beginning until you adjust. As long as your pee is clear as normal, you are good.

The .75 (20mm) may be too tight for your flaccid girth, we are still collecting data on this because every penis and sensitivity varies. This is why it's good to get the set, if one fails for your needs, you have the other.

Having the thicker part on the bottom works pretty well in terms of avoiding a slight roll-up. I do roll the top back to free the head and that works great. But I still have pee in the tubes that shoots out once I take the sleeve off. So partial problem solved! When I roll the sleeve back over my head again, I am comfortable without any issues but my penis does shrink a little and it doesn't stay fully extended. Rather than the 4in flaccid hang, I'm sitting around 3-3.5 so I'm pretty happy with that. Or do I need the full extension to stay constantly?

I would not say constantly but is much is possible as you want to heal in a elongated state

It's not fully elongated since it slides a tad. When I put the thicker part just beneath the head to try and keep it fully extended my head ends up going purple.

You may want to try the larger diameter SiliSleev 27x145. What is your normal flaccid hang?

Flaccid hang is 4in. Erect is 5 1/4.

The SiliSleev 145 is 5.75" long, this is a good size for you to grow in. Try some gripping powder, it also helps prevent slippage.
