3rd Day Using it and this is the condition? “Quoted” durable and high duty stretchable? Pay premium get peanuts I started to doubt MOS products

No use reporting just the product not qced properly. Just gotta boycott MOS Shop ??????
 
Many people use and love these sleeves. You received a defective sleeve, send an email to sales at mattersofsize and they will refund or replace.
You are covered, no worries, we stand by everything in the shop.

never doubt our products or the brotherhood! We stand by every brother on every issue they have with any of our products. And when someone is not happy we make them happy. We’ve been doing this for a long time so I hope your doubts will soon dissipate.
 
After 5 days and it’s just less than 2hours of usage the cap tears again! What happened here?
