Silisleev slipping solved

Hi everyone I have came up with a technique to keep the silisleev from rolling at the base & slipping over the head . Actually ther 2 ways one is to wrap the uncle's Jim's wrap around the silisleev while you're wearing it 2nd way is to wear 2 to 3 silisleevs around your penise. I have had no slippage this way . If somebody has came up with this idea already I haven't heard of it. I'm just trying to help the brotherhood out because we all learn from each other to grow in our journey

I can’t remember who it was either but I remember them posting it. To me it makes very good sense as the sleeves are very cushiony and with each addition if he comes more and more comfortable. Thanks for posting this so it can be re-affirmed by other men. And regardless of who came up with this I’m glad that you have brought attention back to it. The brotherhood is all about brothers helping brothers.
 
Dld if you only had 1 hr to pe every day and you wanted to work your ligs will it work if you only hang for 30 min at your max till you hit fatigue & then do your LM routine for 30 min to take advantage of the fatigue you got from hanging and then stay elongated with the silisleev till your next workout

With one hour do you want to reach the state of fatigue as quickly as possible because the more time you’re under complete fatigue the faster you will see growth. So getting to the period of complete fatigue within an hour period will be difficult. If you actively have sex after you have intercourse and has had an orgasm your penis is in a state of complete fatigue for about 30 minutes to an hour. So you can spend a full hour under complete fatigue Stretching if you have just had an orgasm! Pretty cool.

How should you spend that hour? I would go for the DLD reversed pyramid work out that’s found in SRT as I think this is the most powerful length routine right now, the only routine I believe to be more intense would be DLD triangle pyramid work. Both routines are SRT approved and take advantage of the most incredible knowledge we have right now in the PE community.
 
That sounds pretty cool dld but don't hanging just work your ligs what about tunica and internal penis like expressive stretching. Don't you have to hit all 3 for max leanth gains

Yes you need to hit all three to maximize your growth growth. So you’d want to put a set of bundled stretching in before you start and when you’re done get a set of expressive stretches in. Once a week get in 10 minutes of erect erect stretching stretch yes you need to hit all three to maximize your growth growth. Five minutes of bundles in five minutes of expressive are plenty.
