I have been using the new Silipad + SiliStretcher - All Day Penis Vacuum Stretcher and Weight Hanger combo for the past few days, not all day, but for several hours during the day.
My initial trials started several days ago at night, and I was literally blown away with how different the silistretcher felt with the silipads inside!

The issue I had without Silipads was the risk of getting too much sleeve distorted at the entrance point upon the piston being turned, and in time that leads to quicker fatigue of the sleeve, and holes forming
we do not want that!
To my delight, when using a silipad, upon twisting the piston I noticed that the sleeve was not being distorted as it did at times in the past with the same amount of force ... this is a game changer! (100)
All three pads are comfortable, seriously it was tricky choosing one ... but I loved the contoured gel type the most, it feels amazing on your glans, you dont know its there. So soft, and molds to your shape at the glans tip.
Even the new sleeve I got sent was much better then the one I had with the initial package containing the silistretcher, as this one was not already attached to the silistretcher, which backs up what has been reported, that you need to keep the sleeves off the silistretcher when not in use.
So, I had this sleeve on nicely, it stretched better it was so easy to work with.
I hung 5lbs for 30 minutes straight down, no issues whatsoever. Felt great, very good grip . Shocking how good the grip was.
The siliscale also worked right away, and gave accurate readings. Very clever idea, its vital when using silistretcher for ADS, so you know exactly the amount of force your exerting.
I've hung 10lbs for 30 minutes straight down, that again felt fine, but I didn't want to go further due to knowing that these sleeves are not meant for that purpose or using heavy weights, and will await the deuros to come along for that.
During the day I have used the silistretcher with the contoured gel silipad for 5 hours using the silistrap, so the penis was pulled upwards 12 O'clock and I released that tension after 2 hours due to a toilet break.
No fluid retention was noted after the 5 hours, but I bet it would have been if I didn't have the silipad. It does make a big difference, in keeping FR at bay, comfort, and how the pressure is distributed inside the chamber, because that makes up more space inside, it will cause some effect on that aspect, whatever it is, it works well now.
So, a big thumbs up for the silipads and I will have some pix up by tomorrow of my kit, with the one I like the most.
Finally what I will say though, is, with the gel silipads, they are sticky on the back ... this is for a reason, so they can grip to the plate.
You may at first upon turning the piston with the silipad inside, think WTF because it may curl a little inside the chamber, and seem to be not working right ... bare with it, this is nothing to be concerned about ... once you are fully retracted, this is before you enter the chamber of course, you now go in the opposite direction on the piston pushing the plate in the other direction.
Now it will become evident that the silipad has attached itself correctly, you will see it neaten up around the edges, ready for you to enter, and commence work
