Yeah those are the large ones. They worked great for me but I actually prefer to use the medium sleeves on my large phallosan bell because it feels so much more snug and secure. I have a nice girth but when I wear the phallosan my penis stretches out and becomes a little thinner than normal, hence the medium sleeve feeling more secure.
I also use the remaining 2-inch section of the sleeve (after cutting two 3-inch sections for phallosan sleeves) as a clamping band by rolling it/folding it in half to make a double thick 1-inch section. I slide this down to my base and apply the clamp over the band, slowly clicking it tighter until I'm fully hard.
And the stretchiness is just right. Lol. I don't know how else to describe it.
I love my LG hanger sleeve. I use it on my phallosan and I use a 2 inch section as a girth band after pumping and you would not believe how well it works. My tool is so engorged with this combo.
