Guys...I'm still pretty green here. I'm into my third week of the MOS Phase 1 Workout and I think that my homeboy has already shown signs of growth but I'm not going to measure until I complete the first month. All I'll say is my new GF was giving me a BJ the other day and my cock seemed bigger than ever :)

I've been making my own observations about what feels like a good, effective workout but I wanted to get some descriptions from guys who have been Penis Enlargementing for a while that have made gains.

When I stretch I have been doing the basic stretch with the OK grip palm facing down. I use my other hand to pull the skin back at the base of my penis, and while I am pulling the skin back, I use my fingers to locate the position of the lig that I will be stretching . Then I visualize the stretch and go for it.

Touching the lig with my fingers helps me determine the angle of the stretch and helps me clearly visualize the stretch I am going for. So far I think that this has been effective for me. Even though I am doing 3 sets of 30 sec stretches my ligs feel nice and stretched after each session. They feel a little sore, especially when I touch them after a workout.

Now when I jelq I just follow DLD's instructions and visualize each stroke as I move the blood up from the base to the head of my unit. Now that I have doubled the amount of jelqs I do for each workout, as per Phase 1 instructions, I have noticed that jelqing sessions really get my penis engorged and puffy. It tends to feel much more puffy and inflated after a workout.

I think that doubling the jelqs has really sent my system into overdrive. At first I just felt kinda hard and engorged after a workout but now that I have doubled the jelqs my penis seems overall larger but much puffier and softer feeling than with fewer jelqs, kinda like the increase in jelqs has gotten the penis to where it was before but then just inflated it a little more like a balloon or something. It seems that overall it is bigger now but somehow more puffy than firm compared to with less jelqs. Also now, my penis remains pumped up for a much longer period of time after my workouts are complete and there is even a little mild soreness for a few hours. I still think I am getting a good workout but I wanted to see if this was the same experience of vets and guys who have gained.

So vets, can you give us newbies a description of how you feel after an effective workout? I think that it would definetely help me and other new guys determine whether we are on the right track and will help us make sure we are getting good effective workouts. Also any responses/criticism of my descriptions will also be welcome. Keep it UP guys...hahaha

You sound like you have done your research on the MoS site! Very good work. Signs of a good workout can come in many forms but none is reliable like a measurement and the way your penis looks. After some workouts I feel sore after most I don't. I have come to rely on my measurements as my guide to growth. I know when I am putting 100% into my workouts and I need to be strict with myself. Working hard and good measurements skills are the 2 biggest ways to chart your progress IMO.

Most people measure monthly. It all depends, they should be often enough so you can check if you routine is working but also not so soon that you get de-motivated.
