After an intense girth session last night, my cock kinda creeped up and got tight instead of hanging plump.

I do Ulies for girth and I wasn't really in the mood last night so I could only do 6 sets of ten minutes then I was done.

I must've hit my boy hard since he's on the defense now. Got some nice dark spots, too. Should I rest up and stretch for the next workout and skip the Ulies?

I know there's a fine line between injury and results and I'm constantly trying to push it.

I also feel that jelqing is useless, but it does seem to enlarge your glands if you do long jelq's at 100% erect. They also seem to make your cock seem fuller when flaccid. Its hard to keep doing them, but in the end, they can only help.

:D....how can you say jelqing is useless??? I thank that exercise SO MUCH for helping get me kick started.

Anyways....its very normal for ya cock to go small after girth work..its trying to heal it self up.

I'm plump and heavy after girth work but, sometimes it shrinks up a little several hours later.

The state of your penis right after exercise will vary from session to session. I think judging your progress by post-pe condition may end up discouraging you if things don't 'look' the way you think they should. I have always made it a rule not to look at my unit during or after exercise. I am strict with this because these expectation can sometimes limit my motivation to train if the visual conditions are not perfect. I have learned to close my eyes when I train and rely on a mental image of my penis and when I am finished with training I put it away to recoop. without looking at it. I allow myself to look at my penis during sex and when I measure...THATS IT. I can take a wonderful jelq session and ruin it very easily by being over critical of the way it looks.

I think jelqs, when done properly, are one of the best exercises for Penis Enlargement that exists. I've definitely made gains from jelqs (mostly girth, but some length gains also).
