i been carrying extra pounds drop some put it on and now noticing cock is shrinking or retracting been reading on these sites about turtling shrinking fat pads - theres a lot of terminology out there to learn - im hoping can learn and share observations about remedies should it shrink any further -- its most irrating having to constantly adjust my cock and try and get a semi hard on to position it right

if youve lost a considerable amount of weight, then maybe the extra skin is causing the turtling. try using the uj or another form of all day stretcher and it should fix your problems
 
Any man who is overweight that is starting PE should also start a exercise/diet routine too. The two will work together to bring gains very quickly. A typical overweight dude can lose more than 2" in the fat pad so just loosing the weight will bring a massive visual gain. If you PE along size this you will see svn greater gains. If the same man looses the weight and gains 1" he will end up with a whopping 3" of visual penis gain. That should be enough to inspire anyone starting out.
 
Are you currently dieting?

As jordey mentioned. You can try the UJW (the link should pop up w/ UJW rather than just UJ).
I wouldn't do it though if you're not extending or doing any manual/hanging routine. As it just seems pointless. You would be keeping a non-worked-out penis in an elongation position. Much better for it to be worked out IMO. You might get a better flaccid hang from it though. If that's all you're looking for.

although im not sure, it seems as if the weight loss is causing looser skin and a 'negative' space where the fat was, causing turtling. ujw should keep it hanging lower and use up that skin. but yes it would be much more beneficial if it was after a length workout :)
 
Uncle Jim had the longest hanging penis around and this was his primary enlargement technique. UJW is simple and effective with bringing your flaccid size closer to your erect.
