I'm curious. Should you or do you have more length directly after doing Penis Enlargement exercises? Or does the gain in length come after time?

Ive read posts where guys are gaining length right after a Penis Enlargement workout and then it will of course backtrack slightly. I have noticed this with girth but I havent noticed it with length.

If I am supposed to be gaining in length after every workout then it is obvious that I need to alter my workout. If not, I will just continue with what I am doing and expect the gains to come in time.

Thanks for the input.

well i gain like .2 of an inch only because of my pump and what not. Probably from my head being so pumped. But realistically i dont think it would be that healthy for your ligs to be stretched out so much that you notice a big difference. Ligaments are pretty stubborn and arent really flexable

I get a post-workout pump (both length and girth), but it usually "snaps back" after a while. I've found that the longer I apply heat, the longer my pump lasts. I also do a traction wrap (I'd call it a cousin of the ADS), and that helps, too.

I do a flaccid stretch (not all the way, just so there's an almost noticable tug), and then wrap some medical tape (the kind that only sticks to itself) down from the head to the base. That keeps your dick from the aforementioned "snap back" quite so soon. THat's what I've found, at least.

If I measure flaccid stretched length before Penis Enlargement, it is a bone-pressed 8. After my stretches, it is a bone-pressed 8.25. I can do a flaccid 7.5 without really pulling too hard, but dammit! I want that 8 BPenis EnlargementL!

Do most people or everyone have more length just after exercises? If so I am definitely doing something wrong.

I ususally notice a difference in flaccid stretched length right after a good blaster or hanging workout. I notice if I skimp on my warmup though, the difference in not nearly as pronounced. Good warmup is crucial I've found. I used to skimp but as everyone here will tell you, it is absolutely vital to give yourself ample warmup time. Hope this helps,
