I find it convenient to do a little bit of stretching every time I go to the bathroom, mainly, 2 or 3 30 second simple holds. Anyone have any strong opinions on these? Are they useful or a waste of my time?

I occassionally do that too. I always thought it to be a waste of time, but I guess any stretch you can get is a good stretch . Hard to do it at a public urinal though.

I don't know how much this applies to the penis, but a study found that when stretching muscles (typical body stretch maneuvers) that 20-30 seconds was sufficient and no additional gain was had by stretching for longer.

During my most length gaining times in Penis Enlargement is when I would suppliment my normal Penis Enlargement sessions with short additional sessions throughout the day. Every time I would piss I would stretch . I would try to do 100 jelqs throughout the day to. (mabey every 2 hours) My theory on this was the longer I can keep my penis in an extended state the faster the growth would be. If you read some of my earlier posts at other boards you will see where I did this in my routines.

For the bodybuilding study, the guy who made it had the username DOGGCRAP. Not sure if that's what you're talking about or not, but his routine was lots of negatives with heavy weight, and when the muscles were fatigued that was it. This way you could do say a leg routine two times a week cause you're not completely killing your muscles. He believed that nothing was gained by working the muscles when they were already fatigued.

Sounds like your going to get lucky, if you continue to do it at a Public Urinal!
