Hey Shafty! Long story.
In 1995 I divorced and decided get my flabby ass back into shape. I hadn't worked out for 10 years prior. I weighted about 160lbs with a nice gut to go with it.
I joined a gym and never looked back. It took about 1 year to start showing a nice build, lose the gut and get myself down to around 8% body fat. I did get myself down to 5 or 6% at one time but having to eat every 2 hours got to be a bitch. I backed off the workouts and stabilized at 7 to 8% body fat.
I also put in about 2 1/2 years studying Karate, which really helped. I'm looking to start training again but time/money are a problem.
Theses days, depending on what is going on and how I am feeling, I go to the gym 3 to 6 days a week. I warm up for 15 minutes and then thunder through my weights for the next 45 minutes. My aim is not to build mass but maintain endurance and strength. I work chest/arms one day, back/shoulders the next and just legs on the 3rd day. Then I repeat.
I also took up Ballroom dancing 8 years ago. My main purpose was to meet women and found I loved the sport (the women too) so I continued. My current dance schedule is 2 to 4 nights a week. Sit down time is minimum so I usually put 2 to 3 hours on the floor at a time. This really helps with fat burn.
Last, I'm one of those people that eats to live, not lives to eat so that helps a lot in that department. I also cook 90% of everything I eat and don't go out except for special occasions or if I'm stuck in traffic and know melt down is imminent if I don't get something inside of me ASAP.
Long answer to a short question but all of it contributes to where I am today. I can’t imagine life without these activities or Penis Enlargement.
