Routine : No routine... I have around 15 incomplete sessions in my whole pe time.....I gained .25 from crappy sessions

Today I plan to do btc upwards streching 20 sets 1 min each rep

Since I have not gained any length from pulling downwards I willl try other directions. I feel something when I put my dick behind my leg then pull downwards-right...

last night routine was

Kegel clamp 15 mins .... Bends each side about 2 times 1 min hold.....


Some various streches nothing fancy.... No soreness I LOVE I DONT GET ANY SORENESS. I can strech for hours and not feel a damn thing.

It seems I can barely do any manual streching due to the fact that I get hard to fast. So Ima keep clamp bends and do hanging

Ok but I get hard again even If I have an orgrasm. Even to were I stop feeling the ligs. WHEN im totally flaccid I do feel the ligs. But If I get even a bit hard even if its 5 percent I stop feeling them.

yesterday the soothing strech

Lay down grab your penis flaccid close your eyes breath slowy and grab your penis pulling up very very slowy.....

I never got a lig pop till I did soothing streches.After a while I havent gotten any ligs pops and yesterday I did this strech and Then I did normal streches I got a lig pop.I dont think lig pops are air compressed crap.

OK today very intense clamp session over 15 mins I think it was 7 clicks.

Then blew thee load WOW did that feel good I recommend whoever clamps to explode after.
