Shaving - how far do you go

I used to just shave my balls and shaft and would trim my pubes with 1/8" attachment on the clippers. One night maybe 2 years ago I slipped and got my pubes so I shaved up about 1" from the base of my penis. That eventually went to 2" until one night while showering together my wife had me go up higher. I'm up to right where the bottom of the waist band of my boxers would sit.

I'm not an overly hairy guy and most of my body hair is fine and blonde or light brown. Some of the darkest hair is around my belly button area.

What do the rest of you shavers do? How high up do you shave the pubic area?

I have shaved the entire area for several years now. The wife has been completely shaved for over 20 and would not have it any other way. I started like you clad only shaving the balls and a little above the cock. One day while trying to give her a shock factor I decided to shave it off. Needless to say, the shock worked and by the time she finished with me, I decided to keep it shaved.

Where did you draw the line on how far to go? Waistline? All the way up past your belly button?

I decided to keep it about where my waistline is. I figured I did not need too much to try to keep up with and I can shave within a few minutes. I found that it also keeps hair out of the way so that the sleeve on my pahllosan does not grab it

I'm thinking about just staying at the waistline. Need to start stealing my wife's razors for that as they work far better on coarse hair than men's face razors.

Still use my face razor on my balls and shaft though. Skin is more sensitive so that's a good call.

I use my wifes razor. She has the Venus razors with the lubricating strip and they seem to work better than my razor

When training girth, I normally shave off everything to get a better seal. But now that I'm working on length, I just trim it down a bit.

I end up shaving 4 directions to get smooth. With my razors it takes a little while. With hers it's far less passes.

She likes me shaved since she stays bare as well. I like it cause of the whole "trimming the bushes to make the tree look taller" thing.

I go about an inch above the root, and make certain the shaft doesn't have any 'side-burns' and the balls are smooth as a cue-ball...it does take a bit of time and shaving in every direction is the only way I've been able to achieve that glassy-smoothness

I do my best to keep up with it but sometimes go 2-3 days between shaving. Sometimes that works, other times my pubic area is a bloody mess.

Haven't felt as smooth in months but I stopped rubbing with Gold Bond powder months ago. My scrotum was getting really dried out, lots of dead, dry, flaky, itchy skin. It's getting hot though and time to start using it again. Well over a decade of using Gold Bond and last fall I started having issues. Weird. Hopefully my balls are over it now.

I'm going to start stretching my balls sack but I think we should create a special routine for this and make it a sticky as well.
