Hello, please you all can contribute to this thread by sharing your PE routine .. This can be really helpful for other brothers here. Did u gain something from this routine ? Tell other how much ..

So i give mine example
My routine:
-LENGTH-
15 min warmup (rice sock)
4x 25 sec stretches to the left
4x 25 sec stretches to the right
4x 25 sec stretches to the up
4x 25 sex stretches to the down

500 side to side stretches

-GIRTH-
30 squeezes
20 min edging

I end my routine with 15 min Bathmate medium-pressure filled with hot water

We have many of these threads about the forum but nothing wrong with another! My experiences have been incredible not just for myself but the multitude of Brothers here. Matters of Size has LITERALLY deliver miles of penis over the last 14 years! I will post my own story but first allow others to go before me.
 
I have a very 'Bathmate-centric- routine and all my PE is done within the confines of my shower:
Warm-up with light stretching in all directions under hot water
Bundles in all directions, at least 30 seconds each
'A' stretches straight down, straight out, down left, down right
Bathmate Goliath for around 5 minutes at 75% of max pressure using the VacuVin mod
Jelq for 2-3 minutes under hot water
Bathmate X40 at 90% pressure for 5+ minutes
Jelq/Stretch for 3-4 mins
Get to 90% EQ or higher and pump my X40 as high as I can tolerate, (usually gets me to 8.50" on the BM sticker/gauge)
Go 'hands-free' and let the weight of the cylinder act as a quasi hanger/stretcher while I do my normal shower duties, ) around 7-8 mins)
The last 5 minutes or so I pump even more than I can stand and also press the BM into my pelvis as hard as I can while doing Kegels and RKs to match the rhythm of me pressing the BM, (press in, hold Kegel...let go RK, and so on...as many as I can do in the last few minutes).
Rinse-off and admire what I just created in the mirror and then try to find some work pants that can conceal it, lol

I do this 5 to 6 times a week

My workout today consists of maintenance and a lot of attention to my physical body too. You Brothers will be very proud of me when I show my progression pictures. The PE that I still do is in the development of new exercises, routines or tools. My workouts over the years progressed from the 5 Phases of the MOS program right into the development of SRT.

Thanks...I'm trying to fight-through this plateau that I thought I had beaten, but for some reason I'm not progressing as much as I think I should. Time to switch it up again
 
SRT is the Ultimate Routine!

It's very basic lol. The thing that kept me gaining was consistency. I never missed a day. I think...

The above length routine will not give you the gains you seek. You need to buy a length master.
