:cool:Well I am now 30 years old and would like to give one hopeful and optimistic note to this forum but not a fake fact.
I have been suffering from Premature Ejacuation since day one. From my first make out with a girl in my teens since even a year ago(before I decided to start with PE). I am 30 years old have big success on women, fit but premature ejacuation and my low self esteem in size(starting size 5.9inch Length) always made me orgasm too fast. Sometimes even in my pants even before take out my cock, almost semihard. Felt such a shame.Although the second round was always like 5 - 10min. sex the first one was a catastrophy. Thats bad indeed if someone considers the fact that the first impression aka first round for the majority of girls plays a big role.
I have tried almost everything.

Excellent to hear such a huge success and congratulations on finding a soul mate! Yes, PE, in general will always help premature ejaculation for the reason that the penis is being stimulated so much in exercise that it becomes accustomed to it which leads to much longer sex, not being destroyed by oversensitivity. i think i have unblalnced my pelvic floor. i am doing reverse kegels , squats and pillow exercise. I really want to try the tennis ball massage.

From my experience with all the above things you have mentioned just do a bit of them all. Kegels reverse and normal ones and squats are doing fantastic job as well as tennis ball massage. I think the tennis ball massage is a must if u suffer from unbalanced pelvic floor.
Do edging with Fleshlight and warmed up lube and try to go slow and controll the involuntary kegels there. last but not least one interesting thing i did last summer which helped me boost my sexuall energy is going out in the sun on my balkony nude. expose your genitals in the sun and try feel the energy you get through your genitals. I have read this method from a Tao book. Some vitamin D does wonders sometimes...
Also one last thing: When you are about to enter the vagina, take it easy bro. Thank you very much brother I really aprecciate it and your sayings give me strenght to keep it goin. I actually started to PE to get bigger but my biggest success story is that I have cured Premature Ejacuation. my confidence and my psyche went back to normal.
My routine now includes
Manual streching with DLD blaster in the morning for 5min. each direction,
put on the PF belt and after 7-10 hours I do my girth routine which includes warm up, jelqing with lube 30min. and the 5x3x3.
5-6 days on 1 or 2 off. Now I have measured I am 6inch nbpel and 5,2inch eg. See how it goes. maybe i ll start a blog for extra motivation.

On July 4th I will complete one year doing PE consistently.The moto "In a year from now you'll wish you started today" came true.

now I have a serious problem from the last 2 months. When I get an erection I get involuntary kegels . As my penis is touched it increases. My ass becomes tight and squeezes as I am going to cum. Then when my penis is being kissed this feeling becomes more intense. During insertion I get more involuntary kegels and my penis throbs as I am going to cum, then few strokes and i am doomed. Ejaculation occurs. During insertion if I try kegels or reverse kegels I ejaculate even faster. I don't know what has happened. 4 months back I used last between 20 to 45 minutes and could get dry orgasm.

What is wrong help me to cure my premature ejaculation.

I wish I had a balcony that I could go out on nude! I think you are so right about the sun and the penis. The sun is good for the entire body but most of the world hides it under clothing. I would kill for a nude beach near my crib.
