I've been thinking, being my size gets me quickly discouraged when it comes to Penis Enlargement. What I want to do is try to gain as much as possible in one month. I have only been Penis Enlargementing for about 4 weeks now on DLD's newbie routine, but are there any tips you guys can give? My goal in exactly one month is to be 6" BPenis EnlargementL (5.5" right now) and 5.75" EG (5.25" right now). If you would like to join me in this one month campaign, make a post here and post your goals. I think we can definitely help each other out as far as motivation.

Sweet... well, in one month I go back home. This is what I plan to do in the next month... 6 on 1 off, good stretching in the morning, mild jelqing and ball massage at night. I've been on Penis Enlargement for two weeks now, and have already noticed flaccid change, and it seems like I can grab "more" during jelqs, but have not tried the ruler.

Stats right now are 5.5 EL and 5.0 EG... will shoot for about 6" EL and 5.25 EG. I am mainly concerned with length at the moment, so only 300-400 jelqs per night, and 10 mins of ball massage. I will kegal sporatically all day, so about 300-500 per day.

Stretches , coming from DLD's acclaimed successes:

Straight Down: 30 seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Left: 30 seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Right: 30 seconds x 3
Rotary Stretches Straight Down: 30 seconds x 3

Straight Out: 30 seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Left: 30 seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Right: 30 seconds x 3
Rotary Stretches Straight Out: 30 seconds x 3

Straight Up: 30 seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Left: 30 seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Right: 30 seconds x 3
Rotary Stretches Straight Up: 30 seconds x 3


Besides those for length , I am not too sure what else to do, or what else my dick could handle at this point. I hear a lot about tunica stretches doktor, but I am positive my ligs are not done growing (hell, they barely even started). I'm gonna work these fuckas 'till they can't grow no more, then ask the homey DLD for new excercises on length . All in all, I hope this newbie routine gets me to 7" EL and 5.5" EG. We'll get this shit dok!

Im In is this from now until 4 weeks is up or is it at the start of next month?

now 5" midshaft girth

goal 6.5" BPenis EnlargementL

goal 5.2-5.5 whole shaft girth

set a date and we shall all post back on that date. have a compitition of who gains the most so we can get more motivated because we want to win.

Ok im in for this one month goal but i am only doing length . STarting today till next month today.

NOW 7in BPenis EnlargementL
7.5 in BPFSL
5.25 EG
Goal 7.5 BPenis EnlargementL or more(to win it from ya)

Routine: 2 sets of everything during the whole day(DLD recommended)
7 days on 0 off
10 mins intense downward stretch ( one min reps)
10 mins intense downward bundled stretch (one min reps)
1000 pulse 110's downward

I no this one hour of stretching will do it... see ya in a month

OK. The deal is, the greatest gain of the month wins bragging rights. I think this is a great idea for us to get motivated. Anyone else is welcome to join in!

Yeah,
I'm in. I need a motivator right now. It's good to see some guys in my ballbark (Regarding size and experience, I mean. Well, I guess Im2mackin is already pretty big) taking it seriously and pushing eachother through it. Let's punish it!

3/4/04
BPenis EnlargementL: 5.5'
EG: 4.5'

Current (4/15/04)
BPenis EnlargementL: 5.75'
EG: 4.5'

Long term Goal:
BPenis EnlargementL: 7'
EG: 5'

I would post my routine, but it hasn't been consistent lately due to injury, and I'm trying to develop something for the long term.

Hey you know that your the first person that has said that...Thanks alot dude you just made me wanna Penis Enlargement some more.. I still don't think its even close to "pretty big" though....pretty big is like 7 NBPenis EnlargementL...lol another INCH AWAY I GO!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the perfect stretching routine IMO. It is extremely effective and if the users incorporate BLASTING into this routine it is the icing on the cake. When someone comes to me for help on LENGTH they are usually surprised when I advise this routine but whenever I get in a slump I always return to it.

Its May 15 and time to measure but i have to go the sleep now since i haveta do a cram session in studying tomorrow(4 hours from now). i will be back in like 10 hours or so.....everybody else in this race POST your results..BTW i feel thicker but length doesnt feel or look longer(sucks but the ruler will tell all later tday)

Flaccid didnt measure but is fuller and longer
girth increase of .15 or .2 fluctuates 5.4 to 5.45
