I was asking because our affiliate here will replace your BathMate if there is any issues. The post above should help you fix the problem but if it is cracked or the seal is bad you may need to exchange it for a new BathMate. The benefit of buying here is you have a year warranty against any defect.

wauw thats really nice that if needed i could get a new one...i would have bought it here but i dont understand the shipping to another courty i dont have a visa card or something so i dont know how to pay thats why i bought it here its much easyer.

thanx for the info i wil try to clean the valve like laguna suggested and let know if it solved the problem.
only im kinda disapointed because the hydro costs more and people have problems while the hercules is cheaper and no problems.

A good cleaning and resetting of the valve usually clears this issue up. I wish you the best my Brother.

hey DLD what would you recommend as far as the same issue with the hercules I changed the comfort pad still no luck and also cleaned the seal and valve it wont hold suction at all and havent used it much but had it for a few years

Sometimes you need more pressure to reset the valve, try using the floor of your tub to really place pressure against the valve by pumping it hard against the floor of the tub. Use water and then use just air, repeat until the valve is in place. I am confused about the comfort pad though, no comfort pad comes with the Hercules????

Hi,tparker84's ~
Chris here from UM Products Ltd, we are the sole manufacturer of bathmate and hydromax
products and we are bases in the UK. Sorry to hear about the issues you’re having with your product.
Do you fit the X40 comfortably?

# **Please can you try the tests below:**

**Hydromax Hydropump:**
If your pump has been left in the lock position over a period of time, it can change the formation of the valve.
Please flick the Hydromax pip (switch on top of the pump) left and right quickly, a few times.
This should then reset the valve. Tutorials can be found at dxpsupport.com

If it doesn’t hold and you can see a fair amount of air we can try a flush test.
In the water again, submerge the pump, press down the cap, keep it pressed in,
place your hand over the end of the bellows gaiter and pump vigorously under water.
This will force water around the o ring and will remove any contaminants.
If there is any muck or debris there this will flush it out.

**Still, having an issue?...**
Whilst testing, can you see if the bubble's are coming from the valve tip or from inside the pump vessel?

Please send me over a picture of the back of the instruction manual, along with your full name, address and proof of purchase
to help@dxpsupport.com. I can then start a warranty claim and ship out a replacement valve.
This should resolve any issues you are currently having.

Much better instructions than mine, thanks!

Hey Chris I have the old model hercules and the black rubber comfort seal came off and I replaced it but wasnt havent any suction at all I'm sure its out of warranty as I had it for awhile but havent never had time to really put use in it like Ive wanted to so and advice or help will be much appreciated

Hi tparker.
Did you purchase the comfort rings direct from us?
Can you email me your order number if you did please?

It could be any residue left by the previous pad could be left on the gator causing the new ring not to stick tight.

I forgot about this, men were doing this when the new valve came out as they liked the old better.
