seperate sessions..

Anyone have an opinion on seperating routines,as in girth one day length the next and so on.Was wondering if that would be more effective or not.

Mal561, I was thinking along the same lines as you. This was because after doing the blaster routine I was too fatigued to maintain a suitable erection for the girth exercises. I didn't want to miss out on the benefits of doing both routines on the same day so what I do now is my girth routine in the morning, rest all day, then do my blaster routine before I go to bed. This has been working well for me since the best recovery takes place during sleep. I still wake up with a nice hardon and ready to go on the girth again.

Yea I do the same thing,girth noontime,and blasters in the evening.Ive read in other forums that its best to split your girth and length routines on seperate days.Was wondering what the people here thought.Thanks.

Before laziness took over, I was doing the exact thing you're talking about. One day designated for girth, the other for length . I did a 5-on-2-off split, and made incredible gains doing so.

I'm starting up again, although I'm going to do 4 days on, one day off and see where that gets me. Best of luck to you.

I think that split routines are the way to go, but not on seperate days. I do my length work in the AM and my girth work in the early afternoon. I do not believe in days off, for me at least. I do not think the penis needs more than 24 hours to recooperate. So if I train Blasters at 6:00AM I am ready to train again the following day at 6:00AM.

I guess I 'sort of' do a split routine with my hanging . I begin my first hanging set around....8 sometimes 9 a.m. and finish my last set between 4 and 6 p.m. Not the traditional type of "split routine" rather several 20 minute sessions throughout the day.
