Hello everyone.

I have been a member for almost a year now but recently browsing the forum a couple months ago learning what i can. This is a great place. Anyway i started doing DLD newbie routine plus added bathemate session. I do the 3 sets of stretches then followed by 10 minute Bathmate then Jelq then Bathmate then jelq again. this started out going good but over the last couple days i have being feeling fatigue and cant seem to get a full erection. Am i over doing it, or do i need to change my routine. Even watching ���� dont get it full erect. Any help will be greatful. Thanks

yea i have that problem also i could not get him erect to jelg, DLD said to me to take a day off(if you need take 2 or 3)also dont mastrubate take off from everything

Fatigue happens to all of us, you can either choose to rest until you feel better or you can work through it. I personally always worked through it. My goal was to make EQ bulletproof, even when I was fatigued. This has a lot to do with kegel work, I do them constantly. With a ubber strong set of PC muscles fatigue will no longer be an issue.
 
Thanks for the replys. I'm going to work through them. Only problem is the old lady wants to know why I'm not getting all the way erect. I'm blaming it on the new job position I have, just hope the fatigue goes away soon.

reverse kegels and quick kegels are the solution of fatigue recovery....:)

Fatigue will become less and less as you progress. If you want you could always grab some generic viagra, this will solve the problem:) If not, take a day off to recoup.
 
generic viagra? I have never taken any pills for sexual activity. Is there a certain brand that u would recommend?

Search online for generic Viagra. Most now comes out of India but it is strong as shit! Try XLPharmacy, if they are still around.

You might be using too high of a pressure with the bathmate. That's where the fatigue is coming from. Also, you need to do the 5x5x3 routine for girth.
