Hey everyone,
over the past couple of weeks I've been working on a high intensity routine that would break the growth barriers most people have with pe. After many days I finally came up with a routine , and decided to name it Sieze the size because that what you'll do is size you ideal size, while hear it goes.

morning:
Basic stretching from phase one
mid-day:
Pc health
evening:
Supra's slammers
bedtime:
Testicle health

Tuesday
morning:
Plyometric blasters followed by traditional blasters
mid-day:
Pc health
evening:
Dld girth busters
bedtime:
Testicle health

Wendesday
morning:
Rotary blasters followed by 8 sets of 30 sec lazy ass stretches
mid-day:
Pc health
evening:
Supra's slammers
bedtime:
Testicle health

Thursday
morning
Pulse 110's followed by Dld shock stretch supersets
mid-day:
Pc health
evening:
Dld girth busters
bedtime:
Testicle health

Friday
morning:
Traditional blasters
mid-day:
Pc health
evening:
Supra's slammers followed by 2hrs with clamp on
bedtime:
Testicle health

Saturday
morning:
Pulse 110's followed by Dld shock stretch supersets
mid-day:
Pc health
evening:
Dld girth busters followed by 2hrs with clamp on
bedtime:
Testicle health

Sunday
morning:
Plyometric blasters followed by incremental stretches
mid-day:
Pc health
evening: 700 fast wet jelqs followed by Stills"neck breaker clamp routine"
bedtime:
Testicle health

While that the routine :clap: hope some of u guys try it and gain monster.
and be sure to take vitamin c daily and 5 grams twice a day of glutamine a day to help recovery.Good luck to everyone with there Pe carrer and my the LORD bless u.

30 second lazy ass stretches aren't going to do much at all. Most people do them for 15 minutes at a time or so.

Other than that, looks like overkill to me. Especially the no rest between girth days thing. But that's probably because I'm a newbie with girth stuff. But I think crazy every day workouts are no good in the long run. Your penis gets used to it. And how are you going to add more later if you need to? Just some thoughts.
 
Man I like that routine!! When I start again next week with my IGF I am going to use it!
 
thanks for the info 9, ill fix it. This routine is not meant to be use for a long time maybe only for 2-4 months. But I get what your talking about.

Forgiven that routine has been made with military precision LOL, and I bet it'll kick ass when ya use it.
 
I think the best analogy for an individual's growth would be like in weight training. We have hard gainers who have to do a ton of work for the minimum and the lucky few who can do great with the minimum of time. The vast majority have to work their asses off and find out that they are more in the middle. DLD, can train everyday, and gets great results. I know that doesn't work for me. The important part is finding out the little things that make it work for them. There are a lot of smart guys in here with a lot of good ideas. Not all work perfectly for us all. The best thing for efficiency,
1. learn your anatomy......there's some great research done in here
2. know your own body........push it when its time, and lay off when its time.
3. persistence, dedication and motivation.

Man, that's one full-time job with Penis Enlargement. 2 hrs clamp work.....You are either gonna grow a redwood, or that badboy's gonna get pissed at you and fall off................lol goodluck
 
Yeah...the more I look at it the more I like it haha. I may use it in a few months once I get used to all of this intense new stuff I'm doing. Good stuff.

yeah, thats what I plan on doing, and along the way I'll come up with more HIT Routines.

like i said earlier im going to try it later on, i want to gain the most i can out of the MOS phases first, ill try it in a couple of months when im used to the instensity of pe.
 
I reckon just about every hardcore exercise is in their LOL, so its gunna be a killer for anyone as its got summut for all.

yes this routine does have alot of hardcore exersices, but there also the most effective ones too.
