What’s up everybody. Glad I found this site as I was about to give up on PE because from my personal experience in almost a year I haven’t seen any results. A quick breakdown on what I’ve been doing(sit in tub 10-15 mins, manually stretching it in all directions, jelq, and finish with bathmate for 15 mins. I have a small bend in my penis to the right and I was under the impression that the bathmate would help with it but I don’t think my bathmate works because I don’t see the pump when I’m finished. I got it because I don’t think I’m jelqing correctly. @DLD any advice or exercises that may help me reach my goals of gettin to 9 inches currently at 6 now. Thanks for creating this site for someone like me who’s been lost and ready to throw In the towel.
 
You’re not ready to throw in the towel because we have not worked together yet, so let’s start all over from the beginning, today. From this point forward you will start to gain and you will get to 9 inches if you follow advice I give you.

First, I am concerned about the Bathmate, did you purchase it here? If not do you think it may be a knock off? There are many bathmates that are fakes. So I want to know if you have the authentic Bathmate. You can check this by sending your serial number to Bathmate and they will authenticate it.

Next let’s look at your routine. If you can go into more depth about what you’re doing right now as far as time, wraps, sets etc. do you have any other tools besides the Bathmate? If so what do you have. these answers will help me come up with a good plan.

The best way to make games at this point is using the SRT routine. This routine can be done with the tolls or without tolls. In any case it is the routine that everyone gains using as it hits every angle of gain. It’s good to read through also because there are many tips about gaining and healing that will help you as you start this new journey.

Look forward to hearing back from you and I hope to get this thing started right put you on the trajectory to 9 inches.

@DLD thanks. Just having you give me that second boost of confidence really just sparked me to not quit like I wanted to. I purchased my bathmate from the direct site for the bathmate and didn’t use any third party websites.

As far as the routine I was using I would start around 8:30-9am once I’ve took my kids to school , I started off relaxing in the tub for 10-15 mins. From there I would manually stretch my penins straight out, to the left and right, and straight up and down for 30 secs and I do that for 3 sets. Once I’m done with that I go into doing jelqs for 10-15 mins. The only problem I have with jelqing is finding the proper grip. My penis slightly bends to the left so as I jelq up towards it my grip seems to loosen and I feel like I’m stretching more skin then actually jelqing correctly. That’s what made me get the bathmate seeing as I was told it would help the bend and not only gain length but girth. And once I’m done with the jelqing I would use the bathmate for 15 mins. After that I sit in the tub for anther 5-10 mins and that completed the routine I was doing. I don’t have any other tools besides the bathmate extremex30. Ive also tried kegels as well because I’ve heard the benefits it has for lasting longer but the exercise doesn’t seem to work or it could be that I’m not using the correct muscle. I recently started manual exercises a few months ago because I read that using the bathmate alone was not going to give me any gains. I also read that jelqing was suppose to be able to give you gains for both length and girth so that’s why I started trying it again but it doesn’t feel right. Thanks again for glthe second boost and not letting me give up and I can’t wait to get started working with you.

It sounds like you're doing most of the newbie routine already, along with pumping on top of it. It could be that you aren't really pulling hard enough when you stretch to do anything. It could be that what you started off with was a bit too much for you and you were overtraining right off the bat. It could be that you would respond better to less intensity for long periods of time, rather than a burst of intense stretching in the morning.

In any event, start up a progress thread here with starting measurements. Let us know precisely what you're up to and post regular measurements. I'd get pictures, too, even if you don't want to post them here!
 
PE is basically just Physics 101, you have to apply enough force in order to move an object...same science, just with a biological wrinkle. Since each of our make-up is different (some more than others, lol), you'll have to pay particular attention on how your body responds to the different exercises.
I can only speak from personal experience, but my best results have come from using my modded X40 with the highest EQ and the most pressure (without pain...discomfort? YES!),..always striving for just a tad more with each session.

I don’t think my bathmate works because I don’t see the pump when I’m finished.

If you're pumping with an X30 Xtreme you should be able to see the expansion after even a 3 minute set. You are entering the tube fully erect, right? Very important. Just wanted to ask because I remember the instructions that come with the Bathmate say to use it in a flaccid state.

I was wondering if you got a chance to review the routine I was doing and if you have any inputs to what I can do better and what exercises I might not know about that I can add or a whole new routine is what I might need. I’m open to whatever you suggest and input in for me to use. I want to get a size genetics extender. I figured if I’d originally went with the idea of getting the size genetics over the bathmate then I would be seeing results, at lest length wise. Thanks again brothers

Give me a favor and start a progress thread in the routine & progress section of the forum. Make it very organized so I can understand better. Let me know which exercise you’re doing for how long for each rep and how many sets. Let me know your time constraints. From there I’ll be able to write a very good evaluation of your routine and what you should add or take away to make better.

Thanks brother did exactly what you told me to do and started a thread over there. Hope you get a chance to check it out so we can get started to getting me some gains thanks again.
