Scab(?) on tip of glans

Hi All,

Over the past several weeks, I have greatly increased the intensity of my manual stretches . In order to do this, I have had to hold a tighter grip just below my glans in order to perform these stretches . Well, for the past 4-6 weeks, I have, what looks like, a scab on the very tip of my glans. It's not exaclty red spots like are so often spoke here, but rather small black/red bumps that looks like a small scab.

Anyway, like I said, it's been there for several weeks and won't go away. I assume because I stretch daily and don't give it a proper chance to heal. My question is is it ok to continue working through this and is there something I should be applying to it to help it heal faster? (currently applying Vitamin K cream daily)

This thread is one of the most entertaining yet. I have received many PM's and emails from interested men who want to get jiggy with it but I just ignore and delete them. (an easy thing when I receive over 100 PM's a day)

Cool - that's what I'll do. I'll take a few days off and give this thing a chance to heal once and for all. Then go back to hitting the manual stretching hard first thing next week. Thanks!
