How many of you guys take days off from both length and girth exercises? And whats your scheduel? Just thought this might be a helpful thread. I'll start.

Length - 12 minutes on tunica (bundled tunica traction, dual fulcrums)
8 on ligs (footlongs and btc's)
Girth - 35 minutes (5min warmup jelqing 30 minutes clamping)

Lenght no days off, girth 3 on 1 off
 
I'm debating doing girth everyother day since I hit it pretty hard. I'm also thinking of taking a day or two off from stretching every week.
 
I do length on Monday to Thursday and Girth on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. This is because I go out straight after work on Fridays so I don't have time.

For length I do Hanging for 20 Minutes with as much weight as I can take, and for girth I do 50 minutes of Ulis's and Jelqs.
 
well I've only been on it for about 2 months. I got about 1/8 erect girth and almost a 1/4 in fbps that has seemed to go away. I'm experimenting with something new now, more time off! And it seems to be working, I can't say for sure because I've only started taking more time off for a few days. I'm trying girth everyother day and I stretch until really sore then take a day off. My flaccid seems stay in a larger state and I get way more erections. I think my past routine was overkill.
 
I'm currently doing a hanging routine followed by jelqing, and some sporadic light clamped work tacked on at the end a couple of times per week. I try to do 20-30 minute hang sets and I try to do 2 to 4 sets per session. After the hanging session I do anyehwere from 250 to 500 wet jelqs. This constitutes one workout. I try to do workout early in the day and another before bed. Often time does not permit two full workouts so I do what I can. As for days off, it is my personal goal to never take off more days than the number of days I have consecutivly Penis Enlargement'd leading up to my off days. Ideally, I would do 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off, but with a family and a busy schedule, things sometimes don't work out that way. Unfortunately, for each of the last two weeks I've had to take 3 days off.

So you guys take days off from length too? I think my constant stretching has actually hindered possible length gains. I think DLD can train length everyday because his dick is so well conditioned. I don't really have experience with an agressive length routine with days off. I went from a light length routine with days off to an intense one without days off. Guess that wasn't too smart. :s

I ADC at work for at least 4 hours, sometimes more, and usually it is split up, 3 hours here and 2 hours there! Then I go home and hang 10lbs, for about 30 mins, after I hang I do some manual stretching for about 10 mins, then I play X-BOX until I fall asleep. I also drink a 40 ounce of Mickeys while hanging!

Gains so far is my flaccid penis is getting fat as hell ya'll!
