I would say several stores carry it. (Your local hypermarket or superstore for sure, maybe your local mall has a wine store ... Shouldn't be that difficult to find, really, in the States at least. But that's just my thought, I've only been to Saipan, not the North America.)

I don't know which routines you've used before, but the 5x5x3 program is great for both length and girth gains.
For length I've noticed that sometimes the girth comes before and there might be some "fight" with length; for few sessions from time to time I've used a condom.
Lubricant is another way. Entering the most erect you can, slightly lubricated; boom!: both girth and length gains! (Lubricant or a condom makes it easier for your penis not to get stuck to the walls.)
With the 5x5x3 program it's easy to control the real enhancement, not just get a puffy doughnut dick.
In the beginning you can even use shorter periods in the pump; I would say it's always easier to increase and upgrade your routine than to back down from an intensive routine.
The lazy analogy is that; would you go to the gym to lift a lot more than your current bodyweight without previous training? I would suggest against ...
